Mission Info: This poor elder wyvern has been imprisoned. and longs to soar the skies once again. Also, he’s… very hungry.

Starting Location: Burning Hunger
This quest starts in Tangledrift, a side area accessed during Side Quest: Walk the Stalk.
Listen to Elder Wyvern
Just listen to the dragon.
Turn off machine
You need to turn off a machine to be able to release Wyvern. Go through the door to your left and follow the path.
Jump over the little split. Watch out for the fire.
Jump over there, watch out for the fire again.
Go through this corridor, there is more fire.
You can finally turn off the machine.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Find Food
Now you need to find the release mechanism, as an optional objective you can bring Wyvern some food. The optional objective is missable if you go directly to the release mechanism. The release mechanism is here.

Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Clear the way
Clear the way for the sheep.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Lead food to pen & Smack skeep
The sheep won’t move until you smack it.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Lead food to pen & Smack skeep again
Just smack it again.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Lead food to pen & Clear the way again
Clear the way again for the sheep.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Lead food to pen & Smack keep one last time
Smack the sheep one last time.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Close gate
Close the gate so the sheep can’t escape.
Find release mechanism & Optional Objective: Feed the Elder Wyvern
Feed the dragon by opening the door.
Wait for the Elder Wyvern to feast
Wait for the dragon to eat the sheep.
Find release mechanism
The mechanism is up there
Release the Elder Wyvern
Release the dragon by using the lever.
Talk to Elder Wyvern
Just talk to the now released dragon.
Take the Elder Wyvern’s scale
Pick up the scale from Wyvern.
