Aggressive Recruiting is a Main Mission in Saints Row (2022 Reboot). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Aggressive Recruiting story mission.

Go to the Church
Eli has plans for recruiting, head to the Church to meet with the group.
Talk to Eli
Head upstairs near the Empire Table to talk with the group.

Interact with the computer on the table to check out the live stream of Boot Hill.
Go to the dock
There’s a boat waiting to take you to boot hill, head to the dock behind the church to find it.
Start Boot Hill
Interact with the ticket window to be taken out to Boot Hill.
Survive Boot Hill
During Boot Hill, you won’t have any of your normal weapons, but you can grab new ones from the loot coffins through the area, like the two ahead which give you a pick of melee weapons.
After taking your pick of melee, keep following the path ahead towards the enemies on the minimap. After dealing with them you can find another coffin just ahead, which allows you to obtain a revolver, a much more useful weapon.
You’ll want to clear out all enemies in the area (including the one on the roof of the building) then the game will give you a waypoint in the direction to keep going in. Continue following the path ahead past the Boot Hill sign, where there will be another coffin you can grab a weapon from.
Inside the second building in the area (opposite the ammo cart) you can find another weapon coffin, this time containing a shotgun.
Keep following the objective into the narrow path ahead. A few enemies will appear once you’re close to the spot with the walkway over top, so watch out in front.
Keep following the path until you reach the ammo cart, then you can take the stairs on either side to reach the upper level. Take out all the enemies on the second level, then you can grab a really bad launcher weapon from the coffin if you’ve ran out of your grenades already.
Once all enemies are defeated, you’ll be pointed towards a tunnel which you should head down.
In the tunnel, there is another coffin, where you can grab a really bad special weapon to use ahead.
Continue through the tunnels past the next ammo cart, then watch out for the three enemies that run at you from the top of the hill. After the next room, there will be one final weapon coffin where you can grab a special melee weapon before returning outside.
Outside you need to kill the boss enemy, who basically behaves like the Collective member you fought in Be Your Own Boss. Watch your health if you’re on higher difficulties because they can kill you pretty quickly.
There is a turret to the west that you will need to get in after, but you can also use it to help kill the boss enemy.
Once they are defeated you will want to get in the turret if you aren’t already. More enemies will start entering the area in groups from the tunnels and stairwells ahead.
Keep defeating the enemies for a short period, then the mission will automatically complete.
