Ghost of our Love is a Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Ghost of our Love side mission and floating candles treasure map location.
Location: Different for each House (Gryffindor: Hogsmeade / Slytherin: Squid Cave under Hogwarts / Ravenclaw: Owlery / Hufflepuff: Upper Hogsfield)

Reward: Appearances, 180XP
Mission Info: While in Upper Hogsfield. I spied a chest behind Claire Beaumont’s vendor stall that seemed to be unlocked. I wonder what could be in it.

- Use the Map with Floating Candles to find the treasure
Starting Location: Ghost of our Love
The starting location for Ghost of Our Love changes based on what house you are. For Slytherin, it’s the squid cave under the Hogwarts Castle, for Ravenclaw it’s the Owlery, for Hufflepuff it’s the vault below Upper Hogsfield, for Gryffindor it’s in Hogsmeade.

Inspect the Map
The map shows you a location near the Forbidden Forrest.
Use the Map with Floating Candles to find the treasure
Fast travel to Forbidden Forrest.
If it’s daytime for you, open the map and press 
/ 
to get into Night-Time. Now go to the Bridge west of the Forbidden Forrest fast travel point and cast Lumos. This will make Candles spawn and they will float over the bridge north of the fast travel point.
Follow those candles into the Forbidden Forrest.
After a while, they will stop at a certain location and they will reveal a chest. Open that chest.
This finishes Ghost of our Love Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy.

To start For Slytherin, must follow the trail of notes left by Scrope (Main questline) before you can get through the back wall in the lakeside cave.
