The list is slightly different from the PS3/Vita Version. Just like in MGS 1 & 2 Master Collection, we must finish the story with the highest rank “FOXHOUND”. This was not part of the PS3/Vita list, making the PS4/PS5 platinum harder overall. Also new is the trophy for finishing the story without an Alert, reading all pages in the story compendium, obtaining the Stealth Camo & Infinity Face Paint.
