In Dragon Age The Veilguard during side quest “Partners in a Dangerous Crime” you need to solve a puzzle to light 4 braziers in the correct order. Here’s the solution:

1. Light brazier south at market
   
2. The one west
   
3. The one north in corridor
   
4. The one east downstairs
   

Then the door downstairs opens and you can head inside to continue the quest. All other objectives will then be marked when tracking the quest from the journal.
