Pansear Location in Pokemon Legends Z-A:

• Found in trees around the town, outside Wild Zones. For example, along the street north of Wild Zone 6 it can appear in the trees. I found it there at Night (can rest on benches outside Pokecenters to advance time). Pansage and Panpour can also appear here instead. You can fast travel back and forth and come back until it appears.
