This guide shows where to find all 230 Pokemon Locations in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, ordered by Lumiose Pokedex numbers. This is also the full Pokedex List by in-game order. Legends Z-A has a regular Pokedex consisting of 230 Pokemon and a Mega Evolution Pokedex consisting of 62 mega evolved Pokemon. The Mega Evolutions require obtaining the regular Pokemon in its highest evolution stage, then giving it a Mega Stone. The ability to use Mega Evolutions is unlocked during the 10th Main Mission.
You can still free roam after the story so nothing is missable. The Pokemon pages also include the stats. The more total combat points a Pokemon has, the stronger it is at max level. The ones with the most total combat points are the best Pokemon in the game.
Below are links to all Pokemon locations. Most are caught in Wild Zones that are outlined green on the map, they gradually unlock from story progress. All Wild Zones are contained within Lumiose City. A few Pokemon are caught outside Wild Zones in other parts of the city. Some Pokemon only spawn at day or at night, you can advance time by resting on benches outside Poke Centers.
