Sliggoo Location in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
- Lives by water, seen only when it rains, rare spawn. It spawns across Lumiose City, outside Wild Zones. You can rest on benches outside Pokecenters to advance time until it’s raining. When you get rainy weather make a manual save. Then walk around bodies of water (blue on map) until you find one. If it stops raining, close the game and continue from the last manual save.
