Dratini Location in Pokemon Legends Z-A:
Lives in high places. You can find this Pokemon throughout Lumiose City on rooftops at Day, not in Wild Zones. For example, on the roof of Restaurant Le Nah in Vert Sector 6, in the east of Lumiose City. Fast travel to Resturant Le Nah in Vert Sector 6. From where you spawn, turn right to see a ladder going up to the roof.
Climb up and you will already see Dratini at the end of the roof. There’s a gap between the roofs, to make it across you must run and do a roll in midair (press Y).
If it’s not here make sure you come at Day and fast travel back and forth until it spawns. Dratini is shy and will disappear if it spots you. Make a manual save before approaching it, if you don’t catch it close the game and continue to reload the manual save and try again. Approach it stealthily from behind and use a Quick Ball for a 3 in 4 chance to catch it (can be bought from Poke Ball Boutique in Rouge Sector 3 in the north-west).
