- Quest Giver: Automatically unlocked when approaching the east end of the Plateau Trunkway.
- Requirement: Complete Main Mission 28 – Mysterious Signal
- Reward: 25 Oroberyl, 1,800 T-Creds, 5 Intermediate Combat Record, 3 Protoprism, 4 Arms INSP Kits, and 100 EXP.
- Quest Description: Thurston has discovered a new incident scene in the Power Plateau area. Speak with him to assess the situation.

Starting Location: A Brewing Storm: Power Plateau
Automatically unlocked when approaching the east of the Plateau Trunkway. You’ll find Blight blocking your way, destroy it with an Industrial Explosive.
Talk to the Endfield Operator
After destroying the Blight, head up the hill to find Thurston. Speak to him.
Follow Thurston
Thurston will walk a few feet east. Follow him.
Talk to Thurston
Speak to Thurston when he stops walking.
Try to enter the attack scene
Continue east, and you’ll find some floating parts of a road. Jump on them and go up to the next platform. You’ll find Thurston at the top.
Talk to Thurston
Approach him and speak to him one more time.
Investigate the scene
Head up the stairs to the right, and you’ll find a dead Landbreaker. Examine the file next to him.
Turn right from the dead body and find the broken console. Examine it and repair it. Once repaired, examine the two voice file recordings.
Talk to Thurston
Head back down to Thurston and speak to him to finish the quest.
You receive 25 Oroberyl, 1,800 T-Creds, 5 Intermediate Combat Record, 3 Protoprism, 4 Arms INSP Kits, and 100 EXP.
