In NTE (Neverness to Everness) you can obtain many vehicles and instantly summon them to your location wherever you are. The game never tells you how to do this, however.
First you must unlock a permanent vehicle, the earliest option is the scooter that you unlock at the end of Prologue 2: Good Business, Better Treasure. You can buy more vehicles later from the car dealerships.
To summon your vehicle open the radial menu with L1, then press R1 to switch to “Wheel Mode”, from this menu select the vehicle with the Right Stick.
