Taygedo’s Distress Message / Hethereau’s Rising Star – Taygedo in Big Trouble is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Taygedo’s Distress Message”, but once started the name changes to “Hethereau’s Rising Star – Taygedo in Big Trouble” in the quest log.

- Go to the Second Floor of the Moby-Dick Bookstore to find the book Taygedo wants
- Presidential Privilege
- Go to Eibon’s dining area to get the warehouse key (Presidential Privilege)
- Talk to Taygedo (Taygedo’s Secret)
Starting Location: Taygedo’s Distress Message / Hethereau’s Rising Star – Taygedo in Big Trouble
This quest chain consists of manually reading through messages to ultimately reach the end and receive the reward. In practice, it feels like doing three separate side quests, but these three quests chain together into one reward once you complete all three quests.
The quest begins by reading this specific message you receive from Taygedo when you complete the mission “Love that Begins with Lies“.
When you reach Nacupeda Park, approach Taygedo who’s surrounded by a group of men.
Go to the Wishing Pool at Nacupeda Park and rescue Taygedo
Find Taygedo at the Wishing Pool in the block of Davidia Avenue and Coastal Highway Z42.
The dialogue options don’t change the outcome of the quest. So, choose whichever one you like best.
Talk to Taygedo about what happened
When you regain control, turn around and approach Taygedo, who stands next to the nearby bench.
This introduces you to the Nacupeda Pool. The Nacupeda Pool grants you either a state Blessing or a stat Punishment once a day. You only receive one or the other each day. The Nacupeda Pool is connected to two trophies, where you need to obtain 30 Blessings for the “Mhm! Mhm! Mhm!” 
and obtain 30 Punishments for the “Mhm? Mhm? Mhm?!” :bronze:.
Taygedo Fan Club
Now, go back to your Messages and read the message from Taygedo with the blue exclamation point marker on it.
Go to Moby-Dick Bookstore
Then, head to Moby-Dick Boock store. You can access it with the Wertheimer Tower in the Hankaku Plaza in Bridge Crossings. Then, head west to the store and enter it.
Once inside, approach Taygedo to progress.
Go to the Second Floor of the Moby-Dick Bookstore to find the book Taygedo wants
Turn around and head up the stairs on the far wall.
At the top, go straight ahead and interact with the shelf next to Taygedo.
Then, interact with Taygedo.
Presidential Privilege
Now, go back to your Messages and read the message from Taygedo with the blue exclamation point marker on it.
Teleport to Eibon using the phone booth just south of Eibon.
Go to Eibon’s dining area to get the warehouse key (Presidential Privilege)
Then head inside Eibon.
Just inside, head left to the dining area and grab the key from the table.
Talk to Taygedo (Taygedo’s Secret)
Head toward your dorm through the back door.
Approach the storage shed just to the left of your dorm. Open the door.
Approach Taygedo inside the storage shed to progress.
