Professional Oddity Language Interpreter / Let’s Go, Delicious Investigators! is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Professional Oddity Language Interpreter” on the map, but once started the name changes to “Let’s Go, Delicious Investigators!” in the quest log.

Starting Location: Professional Oddity Language Interpreter / Let’s Go, Delicious Investigators!
Find River in Clicky on the corner of Saint Torres Avenue and Crystal Mountain Avenue.
If you don’t already have the phone booth unlocked to the northeast of Clicky, make sure to grab it now.
Ask Frizzle about the situation
Turn to your right and approach the creature facing the wall.
Catch up to Frizzle (Spontaneous Research)
Leave the store and approach Frizzle, who waits just to the left of the door.
Follow Frizzle (Forward)
Cross the street to the northeast and enter the Moby-Dick Bookstore.
Confirm the situation with Frizzle (User Experience Survey)
Approach Pekola at the register to progress.
Suggest Frizzle change investigation targets (Next Target)
Approach Frizzle to progress.
Follow Frizzle (Continue Forward)
Leave the store and go around the building to the right.
Interact with the delivery boy, Joey, in the alley.
Comfort Frizzle (Two Soft Rejections)
Interact with Frizzle.
Ask the elderly couple about their eating experience (Going Solo)
Hop the fence in front of you to the north and east, down the path to the elderly couple on the far bench.
Report the survey results to Frizzle (Sharing Good News)
Approach Frizzle, who waits on your left.
There’s a dialogue option here. You can choose whichever option you like better, since they don’t affect the outcome of the quest.
Follow Frizzle (Back On Your Feet)
Frizzle leads you up the stairs nearby and then further east to a woman sitting alone at a table.
Talk to Frizzle (Oddity’s Confusion)
Interact with Frizzle.
Follow Frizzle (Setting Off Again)
Head east across Camelot Avenue.
Catch up with the angry Frizzle (Fry Thief)
Follow Frizzle east.
Frizzle leads you to an alley where Danzaburou waits for you.
Talk to Frizzle (Words Left Unspoken)
Interact with Frizzle on the wall to your left.
Follow Frizzle (The Final Destination)
Frizzle leads you to the east bridge, where a scene begins.
Go to Clicky to shop for a gift (Parting Gift)
Use the phone booth near Clicky and head back to Clicky, where this quest started.
Interact with Yang at the counter and select the dialogue option “A gift for the Frizzle…”
The second dialogue option doesn’t change anything. It still takes you to the purchase menu.
Purchase “Gift for the Frizzle.”
Give the Clicky Fries to Frizzle (This Time, This Is for You)
Use the phone booth one more time. Then head east to Frizzle on Crocodile Clock Avenue.
Find him on the east end of the river.
Interact with Frizzle, and you get two dialogue choices. Pick whatever options you prefer.
Check Adler’s message (Homecoming)
While tracking the quest, press 
to automatically open the message.
