Silent Hill Townfall contains 7 Resource Container locations. Opening all Resource Containers unlocks the Resourceful trophy/achievement.
Resource Containers are found throughout the game while playing as Simon, and contain extra consumable items or ammunition. All containers must be opened with a Lockbox Key, which is also found in the same area. There are exactly 7 Keys and 7 Containers (1 specific Key per Container), so you must collect all Keys too.

In the apartment building south of (14) in apartment 0/1, use the Lockbox Key on the blue lockbox in the living room.

Chapter 6: Journey to Medical

Area: Shorefront District – North > Apartment south of Medical Centre
After going out onto the scaffolding, then back into the second apartment. On the second floor of the building in apartment 1/1, on the bed in the room with the enemy.

Go up to the fourth floor and use the Lockbox Key on the container on a table on the landing.

Go into room 01 which is now open, where this is on the floor. Open using the Lockbox Key.

On Atlas Way in the Post Service store (where a phone is located) in the cash register in the front of the store.

Go down the alley behind the Post Service story and into the laundromat at the end, this is on the left on top of a washing machine.

In the CEG Lockers building, in the back office on a table, unlock with the Lockbox Key.

Chapter 15: Trying Again

On the main floor go up the stairs to the south, then into the west room to find this on a counter.

In the control room, to the right of the panel. Interact and use the Lockbox Key.

On the lower floor, go into the room in the northwest corner where this is on the counter.

Go into the eastern long room with the valves after opening door 621 using the control panel, and this is on a table at the box, open it with the Lockbox Key.
