This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Weeping Creek Valley Region in chronological order. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Anything that is missable will be marked with a warning, everything else can be collected after the story in free-roam.

Collectibles Overview:
First Visit
Everything here can be obtained on your first visit to the location.
#1 – Bell (The Beginning)
Automatically obtained through the story.
#2 – Bell (The Lady’s Rift)
While on the scaffolding, go down the ladder on the right.
#3 – Triple Threat (Tale)
Accepted by entering the statue next to The Lady’s Rift Bell. You cannot complete it right now as you’ll be too underpowered to defeat the boss. There will be a reminder later on in the collectible guides of when you should come back to complete it.
#4 – Hunter’s Insight (Accessory)
From The Lady’s Rift Bell, climb the latter and go across the chain. The enemy directly after the chain drops it once defeated.
#5 – Flesh Lily (Tales)
Automatically accepted when talking to Yu’er.
#6 – Sanguine Twin (Weapon)
On the waterfall, just past Yu’er.
#7 – Bell (First Meeting with Yu’er)
Up the ladder by the waterfall.
#8 – Battle Wraps (Accessory)
From the First Meeting with Yu’er Bell, cross the bridge and you’ll see some enemies fighting. The enemy with the large sword will drop it once defeated.
#9 – Bell (Red Thread Barrier)
On a small plateau new the giant red barrier.
#10 – Bell (Broken Puppet Valley)
In a small open area near a house.
#11 – Four Fierce Axes (Tales)
Accepted by picking up the book by the tree near the Broken Puppet Valley Bell.
#12 – Sha-Chi Amber Fragment
In a chest by the enemy you have to defeat to remove the thread barrier.
#13 – Jagged Steel (Weapon)
Reward for defeating The Frenzied Brute. Story-related.
#14 – Bell (Rustblade Pavilion)
Next to where you fought Jagged Steel, The Frenzied Brute.
#15 – Sha-Chi Amber Fragment
From the Rustblade Pavilion Bell, go up the stairs and follow the path. After climbing up a wall you’ll see some boxes on the side of the path. An enemy will jump out of the boxes and drop the collectible once defeated.
#16 – Bell (Outpost Courtyard)
Past the grassy area guarded by enemies.
#17 – Purge the Sect (Tales) – MISSABLE
Accepted from the Brooding Old Archer on the roof of one of the buildings in the Outpost.
After defeating the main boss at the end of the Crimson Forest region, this tale will fail if not completed.
#18 – Sanguine Reach (Weapon)
Sitting on a rack directly behind Forge.
#19 – Festering Secrets (Tales) – MISSABLE
Accepted automatically after talking with Forge by walking up to the nearby guards.
After defeating the main boss at the end of the Crimson Forest region, this tale will fail if not completed.
#20 – Bell (Outpost)
Directly beside Forge.
#21 – Blackstone Fragment
From the Outpost Bell, head straight ahead and then go up the stairs. You’ll find yourself in a small courtyard where you’ll find a body with a Cell Key on it.
Go back to the gate of the Outpost where you first entered and go down the slope into a small cave. You can use the Cell Key to unlock the gate and find the collectible.
#22 – Dread Axe (Phantom Edge)
Reward after defeating Axemaster Peng Meng. Story-related.
#23 – Bell (The Axemaster’s Fall)
In the center of the area where you fought Axe Master Peng Meng.
#24 – Sha-Chi Amber Fragment
After obtaining the Dread Axe, go back to the Outpost Bell and use it to break the nearby chains. Enter the house up the stairs and defeat the enemy instead.
#25 – Apprentice Healer (Tales) – MISSABLE
Accepted from Yu’er by the Outpost Bell by asking her about collecting herbs. You’ll need to complete this tale to unlock 
A Healer’s Legacy.
Once you defeat Jing Ye, The Outlaw in the Crimson Forest region, this tale will fail if if not completed.
#26 – Bell (The Axemaster’s Holding Cell)
In the center of the area after the cutscene with The Hunt.
#27 – Focus Pill (Medicine)
From The Axemaster’s Hold Cell Bell, exit the area and follow the left path. Break down the barricade and it’ll be inside a chest.
Key Item – Blood-Stopper Vine
From the previous collectible, go back towards the bridge and go to the small river underneath. The item will be in the river.
#28 – Bell (Creek Valley Plains Entrance)
Next to a small gate after crossing the bridge.
#29 – Blackstone Fragment / Broken-String Bow (Key item)
From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance Bell, go up the hill into the archer camp and defeat all of the archers scattered around the area. This will get you both items.
#30 – Token of Pursuit (Accessory)
Inside the chest near of the archers.
#31 – Bell (Ruthless Archer Camp)
Directly up the stairs from the previous collectible.
#32 – Feather Bow (Phantom Edge) – MISSABLE
After you obtain the Broken-String Bow, go back and talk to the Brooding Old Archer near the Outpost Bell and he’ll repair it for you.
After defeating the main boss at the end of the Crimson Forest region, this tale will automatically fail, meaning you cannot claim the reward for completing it.
#33 – Bell (Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor)
From the Ruthless Archer Camp Bell, go across the giant wooden bridge and up the stairs.
#34 – Scarlet Wraithblade
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor Bell, go behind the tower on the right side and you’ll see a hole in the ground where you can slide down a wooden bridge. Once you make it down, follow the path to the left all the way to the end to find Hua, Deadly Betrothed. Defeating her will unlock Scarlet Wraithblade and give you the weapon.
#35 – Bell (Flesh Lily Fields)
In the same area where you fought Hua, Deadly Betrothed.
Key Item – Twin Flesh Lilies
Sitting by the alter where Hua was. Make sure to return to the Outpost Bell and give this item to Yu’er to progress the Flesh Lily tale required for A Healer’s Legacy.
#36 – Bell (Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit)
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor, head into the tower and the bell will be at the top of the stairs.
#37 – A Severed Mindseal (Tales)
Accepted from the Shadow Warden by the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit Bell.
Key Item – Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit Bell, climb onto the roof and go down the ladder on the left. Defeating the enemy here drops the item.
Key Item – Primal Stone
After obtaining the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank, return to the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor and enter the tower. Use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank to open the back part of the furnace. Make sure to pick the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank back up afterwards as you’ll need it again later. You’ll also want to give the Primal Stone to the Shadow Warden to progress A Severed Mindseal tale required for Spectral Blade.
#38 – Bell (Waterfall Bridge)
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit Bell, climb up the tower further until you can drop off into another section. The bell by the bridge.
#39 – Bell (Great Waterfall)
From the Waterfall Bride Bell, cross the bridge and follow the path ahead.
#40 – Hunter’s Chain Sickle (Phantom Edge)
Reward after defeating The Hunt. Story-related.
#41 – Lingran’s Pendant (Accessory)
From The Beginning Bell, backtrack to the very start of the game and use the newly acquired Hunter’s Chain Sickle to grapple onto the platform with a chest.
Key Item – Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp Gate Key
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Summit Bell, climb up onto the roof and use the Hunter’s Chain Sickle to climb to the very top and pick up the key. This will allow you to unlock the gate by the Creek Valley Plains Entrance Bell and head into the optional area.
#42 – Bell (Long Pillar Overlook)
From the Creek Valley Plains Entrance Bell, go through the locked gate and follow the path on the right. The bell will be inside a small house right before the bridge.
Key Item – Rusted Loong Key
In the chest directly behind the Long Pillar Overlook Bell.
Key Item – Congealeaf
From the Long Pillar Overlook Bell, go across the bridge and over the scaffolding and you’ll see it on the ground next to an enemy.
#43 – Sha-Chi Amber Fragment
From the previous item, use the Rusted Loong Key on the door behind you and defeat the enemies inside and one of them will drop the item.
#44 – Bell (Weeping Creek Long Pillar)
From the previous collectible, break the barricade at the end of the cave and the bell is directly ahead.
#45 & #46 – Weeping Creek Valley Long Pillar (Challenge Location) / Counterstrike Bracers (Accessory)
The tower is directly beside the Weeping Creek Long Pillar Bell. The fight here is quite difficult, so you can tackle this later on down the line instead. There will be a reminder later on in the collectible guides of when you should come back to complete it.
Key Item – Blemish Goldweed
From the Weeping Creek Valley Long Pillar, follow the river and you’ll find the item at the end.
#47 – Medicine Case (Accessory) – MISSABLE
After collecting all 3 of the herbs around the map for Apprentice Healer tale, return to Yu’er and she’ll give you the accessory.
Once you defeat Jing Ye, The Outlaw in the Crimson Forest region, this tale automatically fail, meaning you cannot claim the reward for completing it.
#48 – Blackstone Fragment
From the Long Pillar Overlook Bell go across the bring and drop down into the small village. Follow the river north and you’ll find a chest at the end.
#49 – Blackstone Fragment
From the Long Pillar Overlook Bell, backtrack slightly and go into the small cave under the tower. Follow the pathway until you go up the stairs and you’ll encounter some monk enemies. Defeat them and one of them will drop the item.
#50 – Bell (Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base)
From the previous collectible, the bell will be directly ahead.
#51 – Reflex Device (Accessory)
Directly beside the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base Bell, use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank on the furnace. If you left the item in the other furnace, you can return to the Valley Sha-Chi Tower 1st Floor Bell and pick it back up.
#52 – Vessel Restorative (Medicine)
From the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base Bell, climb up the nearby ladder and follow the path all the way to the top to find a chest by some enemies.
#53 – Bell (Crimson Manor)
From the Long Pillar Overlook Bell, backtrack slightly into the small cave on the right. You’ll see an enemy with an explosive on his back. Get his attention, then lead him towards the giant metal cage in the center of the area so he blows it up.
After he blows it up, take the elevator down and the bell will be in front of the manor.
#54 – Ancient Armor Fragment (Accessory)
To the left of the Crimson Manor Bell.
Clean Up Visits
The collectibles listed under here can only be obtained after certain story events, obtaining specific Phantom Edges, or obtaining specific items.
Progression Required: Reaching Village of Lu and unlock the Leave None Alive tale.
Key Item – Prayer Beads
From the Outpost Bell, defeat the monk near the shop and he’ll drop it after defeating him.
#55 – Bell (The Lady’s Cave)
From the Outpost Bell, go across the bridge that used to be blocked by NPCs and head into the small town. Climb up the building on the left and destroy the barricade to enter the cave. Follow the cave and you’ll find the bell in an opened room.
#56 – Shenji’s Ring (Accessory) / Colorful Pinwheel (Key Item)
From The Lady’s Cave Bell, follow the path until you exit the cave and you’ll see a chest on the right. You can also interact with one of the pinwheels to pick it up.
Item Required: Puppet’s Tongue
#57 – Memory Flower
From the Crimson Manor Bell, open the door and it’ll be on the second floor on the balcony.
#58 – Alloyed Scythe Blade (Tempering Material)
Reward for defeating The Puppet Scavenger and Acolyte Hansui.
Phantom Edge Required: Tiger Canon
#59 – Pidgeon Feed (Tempering Material)
From the Weeping Creek Long Pillar Bell, destroy the nearby wall.
