In Watch Dogs 2 Unique Vehicles will show up on the map when you go near them. They are in fixed locations. There are lots of them and once you find one you can have it delivered to you for free at any time.
Go to the location in the video (Port of Oakland) and press the right stick to scan the area. A blue car icon will show up when you get close to it. Hack the huge container crane to make a path. Once you’re at the top use the skill “Vehicle Directional Hack” to move the car out of the container. This is one of the basic skills that costs 2 research points.
You also earn the trophy or achievement “A Ride to Remember” when entering the vehicle. See the video below for the exact location:
