Anthem Trophy Roadmap

Anthem Servers were shut down on January 12, 2026 and the entire game is now unplayable. Trophies can no longer be earned.

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 3/10
  • Approximate amount of time to platinum: 40 Hours+
  • Offline Trophies: 0
  • Online Trophies: 47 (1trophy, 2trophy, 11trophy, 33trophy) – online only game, constant internet connection required
  • Number of missable trophies: 0
  • Glitched trophies: There are reports of collectibles randomly not getting added to the challenge counter after collecting them (thus potentially voiding the collectible trophies), weapon challenge trophies randomly not unlocking for some players despite them being complete in the challenge log, and reports of the loyalty level 3 trophies not unlocking despite them being checked off in the challenge log.
  • Does difficulty affect trophies?: Not for the story, can play on easy. However, in the endgame you must play on Grandmaster difficulty to get better gear.
  • Minimum Playthroughs: 1

Introduction

Welcome to the Anthem Trophy Guide! The trophy list is fairly straightforward. You must complete all missions in the game, do all Tier I weapon challenges (27 Weapons) and Tier I Gear challenges (4 Character Classes). You must also reach Masterwork status with your Javelin which is for getting good endgame gear. Other than that there are 300 Collectibles required for a gold trophy so be prepared to collect a lot. Below is an overview of what you can expect and how long each step will take:

  • All story-related mission trophies & Rank 30 = 20 hours (depending on difficulty).
  • All Weapon Challenges = 0 hours when combined with main missions, 3-4 hours when farming it in open world (can also be combined with farming for Mastercrafted Gear). There are 27 Weapons, you need to do 50 kills with each weapon = 1350 kills total.
  • All Gear Challenges = 5-10 hours. There are 4 classes, each has 12 gear challenges which require at least 20 mission playthroughs per class. Try to finish at least 1 class during the main story. You can grind out the rest on easy difficulty missions or open world events (20 missions x 7 minutes per mission / event = 140 minutes per character class. 7 hours for 3 classes).
  • Masterwork Javelin = 5-10+ hours (dependent on luck). This is the endgame grind. You need to grind for Masterwork Gear by replaying Strongholds etc. on Grandmaster difficulty. You will get at least 3 Masterwork Items per hour. You need to have a Masterwork item in 10 gear slots, but it’s random for which slot you an item drops. So you need to get lucky that it drops what you need.
  • Collectibles = 7 hours. There are 300 Collectibles. If you get 1 Collectible per minute that’s 5 hours. Plus 2 hours for the Districts, Hidden Places and Landmarks.

Step 1: Play all Story Missions & Contracts, work on Gear Challenges & Weapon Challenges

15 trophies are story-related. You just have to complete all main missions and contracts in the game. You accept new missions in Fort Tarsis by talking to the people there (the hub area). After doing one mission the next will become available. What difficulty you play on doesn’t really matter, but hard is recommended to get better gear. Hard difficulty is still very doable when playing in a group.

As you play, make sure to switch your gear every 4 missions to complete the different Javelin Gear challenges. There are 4 Javelins (character classes): Ranger, Colossus, Storm, Interceptor. You must complete 12 gear challenges with each class. The gear challenges are all the same: finish 4 missions with the respective piece of gear equipped. You can equip 3 different gear pieces simultaneously. Make sure you always switch to new gear after having played 4 missions. You can track these under Challenges > Gear (note: there are reports that after day-one patch you must have beaten story mission “Old Friends” to see these challenges).

Weapon challenges require you to do 50 kills with each weapon. There are 27 weapons so that’s 1350 kills. Just make sure you kill all enemies with your weapons and don’t just use melee or special attacks. When you’ve done 50 kills with a weapon switch to a different one before the next mission. You can track these under Challenges > Weapons (note: there are reports that after day-one patch you must have beaten story mission “Old Friends” to see these challenges).

Step 2: Masterwork Javelin

After you’re done with all unique story missions and faction contracts you should be Rank 30 (if not, farm XP via Quickplay). At Rank 30 you unlock Grandmaster difficulty. Grind out masterwork gear to increase your Javelin level to “Masterwork”. See trophy “Master Talent” for best methods. Be sure to stick to the same character class. The reason for this is that you only get item drops for the class you’re playing with. You can keep track of your Javelin rarity at the Forge.

Step 3: Collectibles

There are 300 Collectibles in Anthem. You need all of them. Refer to trophy “No Stone Unturned”. You can track them under Challenges > Exploration > Bastion Collectibles.
The collectibles also give you some loyalty XP which helps to reach Level 3 loyalty with all factions.

Furthermore, there’s one trophy per region for finding all the Landmarks, Districts, and Hidden Places (102 items total). You can track those under Challenges > Exploration > Bastion Regions. Refer the respective region trophies in the Trophy Guide below.

Anthem Trophy Guide

Grandmaster
Collect all Trophies.
Earn all other trophies in Anthem to unlock Platinum (DLC not required).
No Stone Unturned
Complete all Bastion Collectibles challenges.
There are 300 Collectibles in Anthem. You must find all of them for this trophy. You can track them under Challenges > Exploration > Bastion Collectibles. Below is a list of all challenges and how many collectibles there are per category. It’s worth noting that “Mederines’ Disciple” and “Hidden Messages” have multiple challenge tiers. After having found 10 of their collectibles the challenge name changes and you need to find more of them.

What’s great is that all of the Intel & Archive Collectibles respawn when you die (the ones that have 25 each) and they can be collected in the same place again. This will update the collectible counter and still earn you the trophy. You can simply find the same one 25 times!

Finding all unique collectibles is not needed and has too many complications anyway. When another player in free-roam picks up a collectible it will disappear in your game. Furthermore, not all collectible types spawn on each freeplay. Only certain types spawn. So you could walk around for hours and never find items of certain types plus somebody might have picked it up before you and then it’s gone. That’s why it’s better to just farm the same route. Refer to the Anthem Collectibles Guide for farming routes.

The 80 Misplaced Writings and 80 Hidden Messages don’t respawn. However, if you missed a few you can create a new Pilot and then they respawn. They are really easy to find. Just get about 40-50 of them and make a new pilot to grab the rest (after you’re done with all other trophies, keep this for last).

The 10 Overlooks and 4 Tombs of the Legionnaires you can’t farm, you have to find all of those.

  • Arcanist Archives = All 25 Arcanist Archives found
  • Dominion Intel = All 25 Dominion Intel found
  • Outlaw History = All 25 Outlaw Intel found
  • Scar Intel = All 25 Scar Intel found
  • Sentinel Archives = All 25 Sentinel Archives found
  • Mederines’ Disciple (10) / Mederines’ Order (+30) / Mederines’ Peer (+40) = 10 + 30 + 40 Misplaced Writings found. With each challenge tier the counter resets, you must find all 80 of these for the trophy!
  • Hidden Messages (10) / Footsteps of Idris (+20) / Vasaa’s Triumph (+50)= 10 + 20 + 50 Runes found. With each challenge tier the counter resets, you must find all 80 of these for the trophy!
  • Grave Historian = All 4 Tombs of the Legionnaires found and completed (» Tombs of the Legionnaires Locations)
  • Trailblazer = All 10 Overlooks found
  • The Clam Before The Storm = 1 Clam (not needed for the trophy)

Automatic story-related trophy. Finish the main story mission “The Tomb of General Tarsis”. After rescuing Faye in main mission “Old Friends” talk to her in the basement of Fort Tarsis. She will mark 4 Tombs of the Legionnaires on your map (see Tomb Locations). Each requires you to do a bunch of challenges as listed below. After doing all of these you unlock the 5th Tomb of General Tarsis, which is a new story mission. All of these tombs are mandatory to advance the story, they are a required part of the story.

Trial of Gawnes:

  • 50 Melee Defeats = Use Melee Attacks to defeat enemies
  • 50 Ultimate Defeats = Use your Javelin’s Ultimate ability to defeat 50 enemies. Your ultimate attack is displayed in the bottom right corner of the screen via a yellow bar that needs to charge up first. It charges automatically over time. It’s the most powerful attack you have. Try to use it when there are large crowds of enemies in your path.
  • 3 Legendary Defeats = Legendaries are the toughest boss enemies with a yellow health bar. They are the bosses in Strongholds and certain missions or contracts.

Trial of Artina:

  • 5 World Events = Fly around the open world and you’ll randomly encounter “world events” which will be highlighted by a purple marker. Do any 5 of those.
  • 30 Weapon Defeats = Defeat 30 enemies using firearms
  • 15 Weak Point Defeats = Kill 15 enemies by shooting their weakpoint. When you shoot the weakpoint the damage numbers (hitpoints) will have yellow color (the numbers that show the damage you did with each hit). When you found an enemy’s weakpoint just focus on that. It’s often something on their back or their head, but varies with each enemy type. Should come naturally without even trying.
  • 9 Elite Defeats = You automatically encounter Elite enemies during Strongholds and certain missions or contracts. They have the prefix “Elite” in their name (text above their head) and are tougher than other enemies. This should come naturally without even trying.

Trial of Yvenia:

  • 15 Treasure Chests = Open 15 Treasures Chests. You find them around the open world but a reliable way to get them is from world events (which randomly appear in the open world via a purple icon). You can just farm different world events and will get a treasure chest at the end. Be sure that you are the player who opens the chest as it doesn’t track properly when someone else opens it for you. While you wait for new World Events to appear just fly around and open any treasure chest you can find, there are plenty of them around the open world.
  • 25 Harvests = Harvest 25 Organic Materials / Minerals etc. from deposits in the open world. During open world exploration you can find plants that are harvestable. There are also red crystals deposits that can be harvested for minerals. You find these pretty much anywhere, but a great farming spot is “East Gate” in the top right corner of the map, there are lots of red crystals there.
  • 3 Javelins repaired = During Expeditions / Missions / Contracts, revive 3 fallen allies. After a teammate’s health has depleted, just walk up to them to “repair” (revive) them. An easy way to farm this is from Strongholds on hard difficulty. Hang back and wait for your teammates to go down.
  • 10 Collectibles = Found any 10 Collectibles in the open world. You can find 10 in the same cave where the entrance to Yvenia’s tomb is. There are 4 green lights on the walls (“Hidden Messages”), and 6 text documents (“Mederines Disciple”) all in this one cave. So really just search in that cave and you don’t have to look any further than that. Only takes 1 minute to collect these.

Trial of Cariff:

  • 3 Missions = Completed any 3 missions, happens automatically when advancing the story. This was automatically completed for me by the time I even unlocked the Tombs from Faye.
  • 30 Gear Defeats = Every Javlin has different “special attacks” such as grenades. They are displayed in the bottom right corner of the HUD. Use 30 special gear pieces to defeat enemies. You can change the gear at the Forge.
  • 15 Combo Triggers = Combos are triggered when combining different elemental attacks. Use special gear that adds elemental effects or wait for your teammates to set up an enemy for a combo attack. This includes ice, acid, fire etc. Melee attacks can trigger chain reactions too (after an enemy was prepared with elemental attacks). This should come fairly naturally if you use a lot of elemental gear. When you’ve done it correctly it even says “Combo” above the enemies’ heads. Combos deal a lot of extra damage and often result in instant-kills on smaller enemies.
  • 3 Multi-Kills = Kill multiple enemies at the same time. This is best done with attacks that cover a wider area. The melee attack of the Colossus works well for it, or use any Javelin’s Ultimate Power (the yellow bar in bottom right corner of HUD) to defeat multiple enemies simultaneously.

After doing all trials you can enter each tomb and loot the sarcophagus inside. After doing this to all 4 tombs return to Fort Tarsis to start the story mission for the last Tomb.

Master Talent
Complete a mission, contract, or stronghold with a masterwork javelin rarity.
The Javelin is your character class (there are 4 classes total). You can see the rarity level at the Forge. To increase the Rarity, get higher-level gear and also rarer gear. Do not confuse this with your main rank (Rank 30 is the maximum). The Javelin Rarity is different, it shows how strong your Javelin really is. To reach Masterwork Status you need to be Javelin level 486. Be sure to stick to the same character class when farming Masterwork gear. The reason for this is that you only get item drops for the class you’re playing with.

  • Uncommon (Green) = 84 Points
  • Rare (Blue) = 240 Points
  • Epic (Purple) = 395 Points
  • Masterwork (Yellow) = 486 Points

Here’s how it works:

  1. You have 11 Gear slots. Your Javelin Level is the combined level of all equipped Gear. Epic (purple) is capped at level 36. Masterwork (orange) is capped at level 45. Legendary (yellow) is capped at level 47.
  2. In order to get 486 points you need at least 10 Masterwork items equipped (10 x level 45 = 450 levels) and 1 Epic item (1 x level 36 = 36 levels). 450 + 36 = 486. You do not need any legendary items for this. You don’t even need a full set of 11 Masterwork pieces, one of them can be Epic rarity.

Roadmap to Masterwork status:

  1. Get to Rank 30: First you must reach Rank 30 to unlock Grandmaster difficulty. Certain Masterwork items only drop on Grandmaster difficulty. After doing all story trophies and trophy-related side quests you should be Rank 30. If not, the fastest way to level up is to join ongoing missions via Freeplay. It will often spawn you at the end of an ongoing mission so you don’t have to sit through the whole thing (but you get the full XP reward regardless). You can gain 1 rank per 15 minutes on average.
  2. Get to Javelin Level 400+ (Epic): After you’re rank 30 play exclusively on Grandmaster I difficulty. It’s recommended to farm open world enemies and open world events for easy gear drops until you’ve all gear slots on epic. The way loot levels work is that you receive something at least 1 level higher than what you have equipped. You won’t get level 45 masterwork drops right away. You must build towards this by first getting epic (purple) drops to increase your Javelin level. At player Rank 30 you should be getting mostly purple gear which caps out at item level 36. The recommended starting point for Strongholds is Javelin level 400+. At this point you will see a lot more Masterwork gear dropping.
  3. Farm Level 45 Masterwork Gear to reach Javelin Level 486+: The most reliable way at launch (February 22nd, 2019) is to repeat the Stronghold “Tyrant Mines” on Grandmaster I difficulty. The endboss always drops one Masterwork Gear and there’s a good chance (about 50%) that an enemy or treasure chest in the Stronghold will drop yet another Masterwork item along the way. This takes about 30 minutes per playthrough with a well-equipped coordinated group. On average you get 3 Masterwork Gear pieces per 2 playthroughs. Legendary Contracts (purple quests in Fort Tarsis) always give a guaranteed Masterwork item at the end as reward and are quicker to do, always do these when available (must first reach Loyalty Level 3 to unlock these). Freeplay on GM1 also has a good chance to drop Masterwork Gear from legendary enemies and world events, but this is a lot more random and luck-based than the Strongholds & Legendary Contracts. Always stick to GM1 difficulty, it’s the most effective. Grandmaster II takes much longer to complete and even though it has higher droprates, the fact it takes 3 times longer per Stronghold makes it less effective.

To summarize: After reaching level 400 just farm the Tryant Mines Stronghold on Grandmaster I difficulty. It is the most reliable method. Stick with Grandmaster I difficulty. Grandmaster II is not worth it as it takes too long.

Remember that it’s random what sort of gear type it drops (weapon or component etc). So it’s also depending on luck. You might get unlucky and receive more Masterwork weapons than you need but not find any Support Gear. It can take a while to get the missing piece you need. The good news is that 1 item slot can be epic for Level 486 so you don’t need all 11 slots masterworked. If you’re super lucky (unlikely) and don’t get any duplicates it would take around 3-4 hours for 10 Masterwork Gear Pieces (1 Stronghold playthroughs takes 30min, gives 1.5 Masterworks = 3 Masterworks per Hour = 12 in 4 Hours). Realistically you’re looking at a 10 hour grind after reaching Rank 30.

Arms Merchant
Complete 12 Ranger Gear I Challenges
The Ranger is 1 of 4 Javelins (character classes) in the game. Each class has 13 Challenges. Each Challenge requires you to play 4 matches or world events with a certain piece of gear equipped. You get the gear as random mission rewards and enemy drops. Keep in mind you can equip 3 pieces of gear simultaneously and it adds challenge progress towards each of them (two weapon gear and one support gear). The fastest way is to do as many of these while playing through every unique mission, then grinding out the rest by replaying short missions on easy difficulty. Remember to change your gear after 4 matches at the forge to equip the next 3 items. There’s only 2 pieces of gear that can go in the support slot but 5 pieces of primary and secondary attack gear. In total you must do at least 20 missions with each class (80 missions total) if you change gear every 4 matches. Do note that already completed challenges get listed under a different tab called “Completed Challenges”.

Complete 12 Storm Gear I Challenges
The Storm is 1 of 4 Javelins (character classes) in the game. Sentinel Loyalty 3

There are 3 factions in the game: Freelancer, Arcanist, Sentinel.

You must reach Loyalty Level 3 with all of them. You get XP with these factions by doing their contracts, from talking to people at Fort Tarsis, from collectibles and other open world activities. You can keep track of this progress under Challenges > Factions.

Be sure to talk to everyone between missions. It doesn’t add much XP but it’s better than nothing and you can quickly skip the dialogues. Doing contracts for each faction gives the most. Collectibles and some other open world activities also add XP. While finding all Collectibles for trophy “No Stone Unturned” you will earn a fair chunk of XP towards this.

In order to unlock the trophy you don’t just have to reach Level 3, you have to completely fill up the Level 3 Loyalty bar (3000 XP). By the time you have all other trophies you should be loyalty level 3 with all factions automatically, but if not  just replay contracts or do open world events to grind out the remaining loyalty XP. Having finished the level 3 loyalty unlocks “Legendary Contracts” with the respective faction in the endgame.

Freelancers:

  • Do contracts for Yarrow / from his contract board in the basement of Fort Tarsis
  • Discover new locations in the open world
  • Talk to people in Fort Tarsis
  • Complete world events in freeplay
  • Find Collectibles

Arcanists:

  • Do contracts for Matthias / from contract board next to Matthias in building by the fountain
  • Loot Treasure Chests in the open world
  • Talk to people in Fort Tarsis
  • Complete world events in freeplay
  • Find Collectibles

Sentinels:

  • Do contracts for Tassyn & Brin / from contract board next to Brin by the fountain.
  • Harvest materials (plants, minerals etc.)
  • Talk to people in Fort Tarsis
  • Complete world events in freeplay
  • Find Collectibles

    Still investigating one “issue” (need some input on this);
    – The challenge tracker for weapons & gear isn’t available for some people (or everyone?) until later in the game. They must’ve messed this up with day one patch because when I played this before release it was available from the start (tested in a new game on different account with day-one patch and the challenges are no longer in the menu). Need confirmation when these challenges unlock in menu and if it adds the kills you already did up to that point. Need confirmation whether it’s glitched or just tied to a certain rank / level / story mission. Someone reported it unlocked after “Old Friends” which is halfway through the game. On my main account I’m long past that and have the challenges open.

Hi, I would like tô confirm that you do not need to wait until Old Friends to get the weapon and gear challenges on menu. Just do one freeplay game and you will have it.

According to the Anthem sub Reddit the Masterwork gear level is 486. Do you think it will take a long, long time to get this or will it be difficult?

    Hi

Cant find where to track weapon kills. Said in the guide to go challenges then weapons but there’s no weapon option in challenges same goes for tracking javelin abilities.

    Thanks

Open Menu > Challenges > Weapons (select the weapon type).
For Gear open Menu > Challenges > Gear > (select 1 of the 4 character classes).

It’s the same for me. Neither the weapon nor the gear tab is there. I’ve got challenges like “Fractions” or “Expeditions” but not these two :-/

Maybe they’re not there at the beginning of the game?

    • PowerPyx says

      February 22, 2019 at 8:33 pm

Probably needs more progress until you are able to change your weapon (completed first two missions). I’ll check this in a new game later. How far are you in the story?

    • Vanyar1 says

For me both challenges unlocked after the mission “Old Friends” (or whatever it’s called in english xD)

skidracket said you need to clear “Incursion” but I didn’t do that mission yet (it’s the next one I have to do). I looked into the challenges after every mission and it was Old Friends.

    • PowerPyx says

      February 23, 2019 at 4:02 am

I just went through my old video footage. Both the Weapon Challenges & Gear Challenges were unlocked after the prologue for me (so at the beginning of the game). ALL challenges were unlocked. That was 7 days ago BEFORE day one patch.
So I started a new game on a 2nd account to confirm and guess what, the challenges are missing now. They must have messed this up with the day one patch. It makes absolutely no sense that these challenges would only unlock after Old Friends when 7 days ago they were available from the start. Hope they patch this back, surely this must’ve been an unwanted mistake in the patch. If that’s an intended “fix” they just made the game worse.

I’m gonna add a note to the trophy guide for now.
Can you confirm if the kills you had already done were instantly updated after Old Friends mission?

Also, because you brought up it unlocked for another user after a different mission, I’m thinking this might just be glitched and it unlocks at different points for everyone, or they made it level-related now with day one patch? Would be good to have more confirmation if it unlocks after Old Friends for everyone else too and what level you were at the time of unlocking the challenge tracker.

if you use the same javelin and got it masterworked for example, but have all other 3 unlocked, can you get random loot gear for those javelins doing stuff, or must have to play with each one all over from 0 points/common javelin, in order to get the gear and masterwork it?

You can get loot for the other javelins but not in masterwork or legendary quality. If you want to build up all 4 to masterwork then you must play with them in the endgame.

    Hi
I’ve completed all weapon challenges, the shotgun and heavy pistol did not unlock. I’m now lvl30 and I switched between character but I don’t think it affects the trophy cause some popped up no problem. So is it a glitch or something or do we have to do the exotic ones too? And if it glitched are they aware and are they going to fix it cause I’m really tired of playing games on launch day and “get glitched” ?

Just a quick note to say that Masterworks Components (which you require to reach Javelin lvl 486 CANNOT be varied in the strongholds and can only be got from the legendary contracts of which you receive 3 per day. These must be played on GrandMaster 1 difficulty in order to gain the required tier of equipment.

Just noticed a few things as I’m trying to platinum…..gear-related trophies at the moment are impossible as finding the 2nd support gear is non-existent…I’ve researched the EA forums and it seems that I’m not alone in this….second using masterwork variants of a gear does NOT count towards progression to the gear challenges…you have to use epic level or lower

    Anyone else notice this?

The Glitches have been in the Overview for days, so this has been in the guide already…
Problem is no specific trophies seem to glitch every time, rather any challenge-based trophy can glitch out at random. Tbh, I don’t think Bioware will fix this cause they got much bigger issues going on with this game.

I have only came across 1 glitch in the trophies so far… the arcanist level 3. Didnt even realise I hit 3000 XP on the last level because no trophy popped. I cant even gain anymore XP for arcanist faction. But… I havnt finished the agent mission from Matthias yet… on the 3rd stage. So hopefully when I finish that it may pop. I’ll be finishing that later today so I’ll let you guys know if it works. Has anybody reached max faction 3 and also completed the agent mission tied to that faction?

hey in your honest opinion what’s the easiest way to farm for Masterwork to get your Javelin to master work?

The easiest would be killing random enemies in free roam on GM01 difficulty, but it’s also the most random. The enemies are very easy to kill but sometimes you could get 4 Masterworks in an hour and other times one or none.
Strongholds are more reliable and with a good team not that hard, that’d be my preferred option.

Okay thanks man yeah I’ve been running the Tyrant mine over and over but I seem still get the same Masterwork over and over for my element powers for my storm over and over I’m not getting anything else guess its just random.

You can farm reputation for Freelancer Loyalty 3 by entering and leaving the tombs. I farmed intel next to Tomb of Artina and entered/left it to make the intel respawn. I gained Freelancer reputation each time I left the tomb.

I’ve tested everything possible to get the arcanist level 3 to pop but nothing. Still glitched. I thought the master javelin was glitched too for me seems I did 8 strongholds and 3 world events . No trophy. I did 1 normal contract and it popped at the end. Few. But still… ain’t gonna platinum this game… the faction reputation is shared between all new characters you make. The only way to do it would be to get every trophy except the glitched one/s. Upload storage to the cloud. Delete saved data on ps4. Restart from scratch. Still no guarantee it wont glitch again tho.

is it possible to back up the save? I did a test where I saved the last save in the pendrive, and in that save I had 2 characters, I deleted 1 of the characters and then I tried to rescue again by the pendrive, when starting the game, even with the old save, the second persisted it was deleted.

Is there any solution for the challenge trophies of the arms? the game does not give any option to redo this challenge because even creating a new character the challenges are still concluded, please, some solution?

For some reason my “Explorer: East Gate” Trophy wont pop.

In the challenge section the game states I havent found “Scar Mast”. But the Library says I did. And in-game the landmark isnt showing up (Because I got it) Either way, its not there. Would making a new pilot help? Or do I just have bad luck..

The epic talent trophy just won‘t pop for me, does anyone have the same issue? Uncommon and rare talent both worked fine.

Platinum won’t take 40+ hours. I finished in 25 and I wasn’t being super efficient. I also found 3 routes to knock out 4 of the collectibles really fast. There might be one for the 5th but I anyway had it done. Let me know if you want me to share a video with you for the site.

Hi Devon, 25 hours is really fast!
Yes, if you do have a more efficient farming route that’d help out a lot of people. Feel free to send a link in reply to this comment, or email it to me / send it via twitter / PSN. Whatever is easiest for you.

I beg to differ with the statement that you wrote about you only get drops for the class you are using. I have gotten many drops for other classes in one mission. Colossus gear using interceptor, ranger using storm, among others. Many of those I play with also get random gear for other classes

It’s entirely possible this has changed through patches/hotfixes. This guide was based on the day-1 version and the game underwent many changes since then.

Can anyone else here confirm / deny the info about the drops? I could use more confirmation on this and will then update it asap.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the game myself anymore to check (I only got it through Origin Premier which I cancelled already).

Hey PowerPyx. I have been playing Anthem on Xbox One and I just reached endgame. Unfortunately the online community is completely dead. It is very difficult to find other players to do Strongholds on Grandmaster difficulty with via matchmaking. This makes the Masterwork achievement significantly harder. I have heard the community on PS4 is also dead. If you start Anthem now, it will take significantly longer than 40 hours. Probably it will take 80+ hours as you will have to do solo missions and contracts unless you can find a group to do strongholds on GM. The story and getting to rank 30 also takes much longer to finish as there are very few players playing story missions at this point.

I can confirm that the Playstation community are still active on Anthem. Have been playing for about a week now and have been matching up with a full squad almost every stronghold mission with about 2 not playing solo. Story missions aren’t as lively however the side missions/contracts are more lively with players

Hi, do you have a list of things that are changed / need to be updated in the guide?
And I don’t need your account, that would be against Terms of Service anyway. As long as you know what’s changed I can work with that, or you can also message me on PSN/Twitter so we can go through it in depth. I’ll gladly credit you for any updates. It’s hard for me to keep track while working on a new game every week (and leaves me little time to go back), so having the help of the community is an extremely huge help for games like Anthem that change a lot over time. If you can narrow down what needs updates that’d be superb 🙂

I want to make an update, for master talent trophy you need a minimum of 740 power level now. It is more easy to get tho, since you can get some legendary armour and weapons in the game store with in game coins.

I’ve was having a problem to get the Lurker grenade launcher to drop for the weapon grenade challenge trophy, after a lot of grind it dropped on the Legendary Fortress of Dawn (Mission), other people who’ve had this problem have also mentioned it drops in Legendary missions.

Now need to update this info since the Anthem online service has been shut down as of January 12, 2026. So, this platinum trophy is now forever unobtainable.
