This guide will show you how to build the zombie shield on Blood of the Dead. You have to gather 3 parts in order to build the Spectral Shield. Two have to be actually collected and one is dropped by the warden after he has been taken out. Here are the parts:
Spiritual Essence
The essence looks like blue smoke and it’s being emanated by the a red electrical box inside the prison.
Location #1: Outside the cafeteria, next to the staircase leading down to the showers (Time’s Square). The Auger DMR wall-buy is right next to this box as well.
Location #2: Right outside of the warden’s office (Michigan Avenue).
Location #3: In the Library next to the entrance.
The Warden’s Key
In order to get the Warden’s Key you have to defeat the warden when he spawns in. He does that right after you have turned on the power for the prison (second switch) or he spawns naturally for the first time somewhere between round 6-8.

The Shield
Shield Location #1: In the Citadel Tunnels, behind one of the corrugated iron walls while walking down the tunnels.
Shield Location #2: At the exit of the Citadel Tunnels (bottom of the tunnels). When you exit the tunnels, turn left for this possible spawn point.
Shield Location #3: Just outside of the second power room near the exit of the Citadel Tunnels leaning against the wall.
Workbench
Head over to a workbench to assemble the Spectral Shield.
Location #1: By the docks, on the right side after coming down the stairs.
Location #2: On the third floor of the cell blocks, on the left when you are walking towards the Gondola.
That’s all the possible shield part spawn points on Call of Duty Black Ops 4’s Blood of the Dead Map. After finding the 3 parts, assemble the shield at the workbench as shown above.
Found a shortcut!!! When you cross the catwalk leaving new industries at the beginning of the game, you can hear the warden say “Alcatraz, rise and meet our guest.” If you cross all the way through the catwalk and look to the right you can see the warden standing at the corner of the building. Shoot the warden before running down to face the hellhounds, and a warden will spawn in with all the hellhounds. This warden will drop the wardens key, which means you could already have the shield before you turn the 2nd power switch on!! Please read and share!!
