If you own the Deluxe Version of Crimson Desert, or pre-ordered the game, you get some DLC bonus items. However, you don’t have them in your inventory by default. Claiming them is a bit hidden.
You must go to the “Others” Menu > “Options” Tab > “Add-On”.
There under “Receivable Items” all pre-order / deluxe items will appear. Click “Receive” on them. This can be done as soon as the game starts. The Grotevant Plate set is a pretty good starting set with Refinement Level 3 and good defense values.
