Missing: Davis is a Lost and Found Quest in Dead Island 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Missing: Davis Lost and Found mission.
Starting Location: Ocean Avenue
Counts Towards Quest Completion in Region: Ocean Avenue
Requirement: Advance the story in Ocean Avenue area, then the missing person letters get marked on the map by a red icon
Reward: Improved Hammer, 1500 XP
Mission Info: Davis was reported missing. He took a bus towards the Pier with the intention of helping the CDC with his take on modern medicine. However his “Panacea Powder” proved ineffective against the zombie infection, and you encountered the mighty crusher he became at his final stop.

Starting Location: Missing: Davis
Davis’ Missing Person quest starts in Ocean Avenue. Pick up the letters from the wall near the fast travel map. These get marked by a red icon after advancing the story far enough.
Where in Hell-A is Davis?
Fast travel to Venice Beach. Head to the east end of the map. There is some fire, you can either slide through it or extinguish it with a chem bomb curveball. Behind the fire you will find some busses. The last bus at the end has a journal in the back. Pick this up to finish the objective. It reveals that Davis’ location is in The Pier.
Investigate the evac buses for any sign of Davis
Fast travel to The Pier (Santa Monica). In the north is a fenced area. It will have a red quest marker when tracking the quest. You can crouch through a hole in the fence on the left. Fight through the zombies. At the end of the fenced area you find Davis, who turned into a Crusher zombie. Defeat him and loot his journal.
It is Davis! Kill him!
How you defeat Davis doesn’t matter. But as usual with Crushers, you will want to jump when he is about to do a ground slam, then the shockwave can’t hurt you. Attack him after he does shockwaves and dodge back when he’s about to punch.
Check Davis’ phone
Once defeated, Davis drops his phone. Pick it up (counts as a journal) to complete the quest.
