Item Description: A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree’s bounty falls to the ground. The resulting concoction converts incoming damage into recovered HP instead. However, physical damage cannot be converted. This effect is only brief and will expire quickly.

Locations:

• Mountaintops of the Giants: Foot of the Forge – From the Site of grace head North and make your way to the Northeast most corner of the upper area. From there you can follow the edge of the cliff north and west to follow a small path flooded with hand monsters to reach this item on the ground at the end of the path which overlooks the Giant’s Gravepost Site of Grace off the edge of the cliff just to the north.
