Item Description: An ephemeral sliver that gives off a pale blue glow. What remains of a passing flash of starlight. A prized item that was once used in the Eternal City as an ingredient in intoxicating draughts. Use to gradually recover FP.
Locations:
- Limgrave – Stormhill – When you reach Stormhill from Limgrave: Gateway head to the left once you get to the point in the path where cliffs aren’t blocking your sides. Head to the Southwestern most point of this area and you will see a statue with a bunch of eagles on the cliffside. The item is laying on the floor in front of the statue.
