Duty Undying is a Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16 (XVI). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Duty Undying side mission.

• Starting Location: Tabor
• Quest Giver: Cyril
• Requirement: Unlocked during the ‘Across the Narrow‘ Main Quest
• Reward: 2800 XP, 30 Renown, Accessory: Breath of Ice (Ice Age)
• Quest Info: Cyril tells Clive that a team of Undying are conducting a survey of a nearby Fallen ruin as part of their investigations into Ultima, and proposes that he make the short journey to Kretov to observe their work.

Objectives:

• Make for Kretov
• Slay the echoes
• Deliver the archaeologians’ findings to Cyril

Starting Location: Duty Undying

Make for Kretov

Fast travel to The Gilded Path, then head west through Titan’s Wake to reach Kretov

Slay the echoes

Kill the enemies, including the strong Fools Gold echo.

Deliver the archaeologians’ findings to Cyril

Return to Cyril in Tabor and speak to him to complete this quest.
