Forspoken contains 570 Collectible Locations plus 105 Spellcraft Challenges, several hundred Legendary Chests, and 580 Archive Entries. This collectibles guide shows all collectibles in each region with maps for 100% game completion and all trophies.
Missables: 2 Equipment Pieces are missable from Quests/Events during the story: Necklace “Nemeni Prisaha” in Chapter 7 & Necklace “Naee Aasha” in Chapter 10. The trophy description states that the equipment from sub-events is not required but the safest option is to get these too. They are covered in the Side Quests Guide.
Nothing else is missable. You can still free roam after the story and all Collectibles stay marked on the map. During your first story visit to regions you may be missing the required abilities to reach some collectibles. After the story you will have access to everything. Grab what you find by yourself during the story, if you can’t reach something ignore it for now. Then after the story clean up the collectibles region by region. Doing it by region is best to reduce backtracking.
What you need for trophies: 4 Abominations, 20 Tanta’s Familiars, 20 Flashbacks, 12 Founts of Blessing, 50 Monuments, 50 Photo Spots, 70 Equipment Pieces.
You will also need a few of the types that count towards the 100 Points of Interest but you will get around 70 just from the Story and Equipment. Of those types you don’t need all, just any 30 will do after getting all trophy-relevant ones.
The following count towards Points of Interest: 25 Caves, 26 Cognoscents’ Guilds, 21 Fortresses, 13 Locked Labyrinths, 8 Relics of the Tantas, 2 Bridges, 36 Ruins, 4 Tanta Gates, 11 Traces, 39 Villages.
What isn’t needed for trophies: 48 Belfries, 47 Pilgrim’s Refuges, 39 Mutants, Legendary Chests (requires enough to get 64 Old Coins to buy Sewing Kit to craft equipment).
