Parenting 101 is an optional story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5).
Starting Location: Parenting 101
- Location: Varies
- Quest Giver: Jimmy (Phone Call)
- Requirement: Complete “Reuniting the Family” and “Meltdown“
- Can Be Started By: Michael
Answer Your Phone!
At some point after you’ve completed “Reuniting the Family” and “Meltdown”, are in the Los Santos area, and are not involved in any other mission or activity, you will get a phone call from Jimmy. If you do not pick up the call, you will not have a chance to complete this mission. Jimmy calls but he’s talking to someone else in the background. Looks like he’s been kindnapped, and he needs Michael’s help. You will then have a choice of whether or not you want to help. Press :circle:/:b: to say you’ll help.
Save Jimmy
Jimmy subtly tells you that they’re headed up Banham Canyon in a charcoal colored Landstalker. He’s obviously not dealing with a criminal mastermind here. Head to the objective marker and you’ll encounter it on the road.
Trash the Kidnapper’s Car
Chase the Landstalker and run it off the road. Then you can get out and brandish a weapon to scare the kidnappers and make them run away.
Take Jimmy Home
Jimmy will climb into the back seat of the Landstalker. Hop in and drive him to the objective marker. Pull up on the spot and Jimmy will get out of the car to finish the mission.
