GTA V Gold Medals Walkthrough – All Missions

In GTA V you need to earn 70 Gold Medals from missions to unlock the Solid Gold, Baby! trophy & achievement. This guide shows how to complete the gold medal requirements in every mission.

There are 69 Gold Medals from Story Missions and 46 Gold Medals from Strangers & Freaks missions for a total of 115 Gold Medals. You only need any 70 of 115, allowing you to skip 45. The Strangers & Freaks missions are generally shorter and easier.

You can replay missions from the pause menu under Game > Replay Mission. This also shows which requirements you’ve met and which remain. Gold medal requirements are cumulative across mission playthroughs! You can work on one or more requirements each playthrough and they will add up to a Gold Medal. This is especially helpful for competing requirements such as scoring high accuracy.
