Deep Inside is the 43rd main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Deep Inside for 100% completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Not a Scratch: Deliver the JB 700 with no damage
- Fastest Speed: Reach top speed in the JB 700
- Stealthy Recasting: Knock out the actor with a stealth attack
- Premature Ejector: Use the ejector seat within 00:10
- Second Strike: Run over the actor as you escape in the JB 700

Starting Location: Deep Inside
- Location: Rockford Hills / Richards Majestic Lot

- Requirement: Complete “Caida Libre“
- Can Be Started By: Franklin
Get Inside
Once at the objective marker, Franklin will call Molly and get the details of where the car they want is on the Richards Majestic back lot. To gain access covertly, climb over the emergency exit door in the outer wall.
Find the Actor
On the other side of the wall, turn left and run to the south towards Stage 1. You’ll start to hear an actor yelling at a production assistant about his fruit salad having pineapple in it. Head around the corner to the right to find him in mid rant.
Once he has chased the PA away, go into stealth mode, sneak up behind him, and knock him out for the first Gold Medal requirement:
- Stealthy Recasting: Knock out the actor with a stealth attack
Get in the Car
Now disguised as a stunt double, Franklin can approach the car and reach it before people start questioning his identity.
Deliver the Car to the Garage
Head back out the way you came towards the east gates. On the way you’ll pass by the trailer where you knocked out the actor, only he’s awake again and wandering around in his underwear. Run him over for the next Gold Medal requirement:
- Second Strike: Run over the actor as you escape in the JB 700
While driving, remember that you will need to avoid any and all damage for the Gold Medal requirement:
- Not a Scratch: Deliver the JB 700 with no damage
This becomes especially irritating in the next sequence while you are trying to avoid traffic and evade studio security, and having your unwilling passenger randomly grabbing the wheel of the car to try and make you crash. Use Franklin’s special ability in an emergency to mitigate some of the difficulty.
Lose the Security
You won’t be able to escape the pursuing security until Franklin notices a button marked “Spikes”. When in front of security, press 
/ 
to drop spiked caltrops in the road behind you, causing their cars to blow out their tires and crash.
Once all security vehicles are dealt with, you will eventually see a notification in the upper left that says to “Press 
/ 
to see what the red button does”. As soon as you see that, press the button quickly for the next Gold Medal requirement:
- Premature Ejector: Use the ejector seat within 00:10
Now that Franklin doesn’t have to worry about interference, you can concentrate on getting the remaining Gold Medal requirement:
- Fastest Speed: Reach top speed in the JB 700
There are several long stretches of road between the studio and the garage perfect for this. Use Franklin’s special ability to avoid collisions and maintain speed through turns while you’re doing this. Follow the objective marker to the garage, being careful when approaching the doors that are triggered by proximity that you don’t accidentally bump them and get damage right at the end of the mission.
Park on the objective marker and skip the cinematic to end the mission.
