Pulling One Last Favor is a Strangers and Freaks Mission (Side Quest) in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Pulling One Last Favor for 100% completion.

Go to the Tow Truck
You’re working against the clock, so skip the cutscenes!
- Mission Time: Complete within 05:00
Tonya has again appeared outside the liquor store across the street from Franklin’s house, to beg him for help in person. You might say she’d been phoning it in for the past couple missions, except that you had to phone her. Franklin agrees to help one last time.
Get into your car, and drive Tonya to the Davis Sheriff impound lot. Drive up to the gate, and it will open for you. Once inside, park your car and get into the tow truck. Tonya will get in with you, and give you a crash course in being a tow truck driver (to save some time waiting for Tonya’s slow movement, park with your passenger door facing the passenger door of the tow truck.)
Take the Tow Truck to the Crashed Car
Once in the truck, turn left and go back out the gate you came in by. Follow the path to the objective marker as fast as your slow tow truck will manage. There are no points for the condition of your truck, so feel free to drive aggressively. Once you reach the vehicle that you’re towing, turn so the hook is facing either the front or back bumper of the car, then reverse into it until you see the hook catch. Typically you’ll see a “magnetic” effect, or the hook “snap” to the bumper. Then you can hit 
to raise the hook slightly, so the closest wheels are off the ground.
Tow the Car to the Auto Repair Shop
There are no points for the condition of your towed vehicle either, so you can still drive aggressively, but don’t let it bash around too much because of the other Gold Medal requirement:
- Unhook Bonus: Keep the vehicle hooked until delivery
Follow the path to the objective marker, then pull into the parking lot. You can crash through the chain link fence in a pinch if you want to save time. As soon as the notification appears in the upper left corner, hold 
/ 
to detach the car and stop the clock.
Drive Tonya to the Impound Lot
You’re not quite off the hook yet (pun intended). You’ll have to drive Tonya back to the Davis Sheriff impound lot. After she gets out, the mission will end.
