The Last One is a Strangers & Freaks mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in The Last One.
This is a secret mission, only available after reaching 100% Game Completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Wounded: Shoot the sasquatch three times before catching it
- Hunter: Kill four animals while hunting the sasquatch
- Mr Green: Go to the scat site on foot

Starting Location: The Last One
- Location: Raton Canyon
- Quest Giver: Hunter
- Requirement: Reach 100% Game Completion
- Can Be Started By: Franklin
Find the Hunter
Franklin will encounter the hunter in Raton Canyon, and you’ll instantly be able to tell that this guy’s seen some shit. He puts you on the trail of a true to life sasquatch.
Investigate the Scat Site
Once you’re done talking to the hunter, head down the trail to the first scat site and make sure that you ignore all the conveniently placed dirt bikes in the area and go there on foot for your first Gold Medal objective:
- Mr Green: Go to the scat site on foot
At the bottom of the hill, keep following the road until you reach the search area. Pretty much right in the center of the hill will be a big pile of bigfoot droppings.
Now that you’ve picked up the trail, don’t forget about the other Gold Medal objectives and see if you can find some hunting targets of opportunity:
- Hunter: Kill four animals while hunting the sasquatch
As you get closer, you’ll see your search area replaced by a red dot on your mini-map.
Kill the Last One
Carefully try to wing him as he hauls ass across the forest, to start working on the last Gold Medal objective:
- Wounded: Shoot the sasquatch three times before catching it
Follow the creature as quickly as you can. When you lose its dot, head for the last place you’d seen it and wait for it to groan or howl to give away its position. A red circle will give you the direction you heard the noise coming from, leaving you to quickly pursue.
Keep after him until finally Franklin can bring him down. Approach the downed sasquatch so that you can finally learn the truth of this mystery.
This finishes The Last One in GTA V.
