Grass Roots – Michael is a Strangers and Freaks Mission (Side Quest) in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Grass Roots – Michael for 100% completion.

- Unmarked: Complete with minimal damage to health and armor
- Kill Chain: Kill 7 aliens in 00:10

Kill the Aliens
Talking with Barry at the Legalize Weed demonstration, Michael gets handed a joint to try. Looks like weed’s gotten stronger since he last did it, or Barry’s lacing it with something, because Michael goes on a full hallucinatory trip with aliens and minigun.
There are two Gold Medal requirements you have to bear in mind:
- Unmarked: Complete with minimal damage to health and armor
- Kill Chain: Kill 7 aliens in 00:10
Since you have a minigun, avoiding damage isn’t too tough as long as you cut the aliens down before you get mobbed. There are no points for accuracy on this mission, so feel free to spray as much ammo as you need to get the job done. Watch your minimap to see aliens spawn in, because they will attack you from all sides. Some aliens will charge up a blue psychic blast that will penetrate armor, but if you kill them before they fire you won’t take any damage.
For Kill Chain, near the end of the mission five enemies spawn in at once, on top of the three that were already on the map, making it no problem to kill seven in ten seconds. When Michael comes down, he’ll freak out on Barry and walk away to end the mission.
