Vinewood Souvenirs – The Last Act is a Strangers and Freaks Mission (Side Quest) in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Vinewood Souvenirs – The Last Act for 100% completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Skin of Your Teeth: Exit the car just before the train hits
- Locomotion: Kill Al Di Napoli using the train

- Requirement: Complete “Vinewood Souvenirs – Al Di Napoli“
- Can Be Started By: Trevor
Go to the Train Tracks
Looks like kidnapping Al Di Napoli wasn’t a great idea, and now it’s up to Trevor to get Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill out of this mess. Luckily Trevor is up for the job. Drive to the objective marker while Al Di Napoli pleads for his life from the trunk. While you could end the mission by letting him go, there’s only one choice if you want the Gold Medal requirements:
- Locomotion: Kill Al Di Napoli using the train
Leave the Car on the Tracks
When you finally reach the marker outside the power station, instead of parking the car, drive north along the tracks towards the oncoming train.
When you’re about as close as shown in the image below, hit 
/ 
to bail out of your car and roll out of the path of the train for the last Gold Medal requirement:
- Skin of Your Teeth: Exit the car just before the train hits
The car will hit the train and blow up, killing Al Di Napoli and getting Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill off the hook.
Trevor will call Nigel with the good news, which will end the mission.
