Extra Commission is a Strangers & Freaks mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). Extra Commission does not have a Gold Medal, and is not needed for 100% completion.

Meet Josh
Approach the mansion at the corner of West Eclipse and Mad Wayne Thunder Drive, and a man will call out to you from behind wrought iron gates. Meet Josh, a down-on-his-luck real estate agent who will do anything to make a sale. Seriously.
He makes a deal with Trevor to take out all the signs of his main rival, Lenny Avery. In exchange Josh will arrange an intimate encounter for Trevor at a seedy motel. Yep.
Destroy All 15 of Lenny Avery’s Signs
There are 15 signs in total, all around the city. They’re easy to find too, because Josh helpfully texts you a link to Lenny Avery’s website where you can see all of the properties he’s currently selling.
You can even move your pointer over each one and hit “Get Directions” to have a waypoint added to your map to that location.
Head to each property and find the sign out front. Then you can shoot the sign, blow it up, or even run it over to get credit for destroying it. Once all 15 are taken out, Josh will text Trevor to meet him at the Billingsgate Motel.
This finishes Extra Commission in GTA V.
