Rampage: Ballas is a main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Rampage: Ballas for 100% completion.

| NOTE: Don’t be fooled by the red haze on your screen as you start the mission, Trevor’s special ability has not been activated. During a Rampage mission you will have infinite ammo for the available weapons and take less damage than you would normally, but you can still manually activate Trevor’s special ability to further increase Trevor’s damage resistance and output. You should also be sure to begin every rampage mission with a full set of body armor to maximize your survivability. |
This time, it’s the Ballas’ turn to grossly underestimate Trevor’s vocabulary and capacity for random violence.
The first rule of every Rampage mission is that the faster you kill enemies, the faster they will respawn. You will need to kill enemies quickly and efficiently to spawn enough enemies in order to hit your Gold Medal target within the time limit:
- Get 50 Kills
Immediately headshot the gang member running away, as well as the four or five Ballas that appear in the alley ahead of you. Watch out for the rooftops, as snipers will appear above you regularly. In short order you’ll have your next Gold Medal requirement:
- Get 6 Headshots
After you’re sure you’ve gotten 6 headshots, just opt for quick, easy kills. You have infinite ammo for your primary weapon but you’ll still have to reload, so feel free to put a couple of extra rounds in your target just to be sure but don’t run dry at the wrong moment. Since you’re in a long narrow alleyway, the enemies will be funneled straight towards you, but resist the urge to go too far away from the starting point to avoid being surrounded by rooftop enemies. You have plenty of range with the assault rifle to hit enemies at a distance, and cars will pull up close by allowing you to blow them up for your last Gold Medal requirement any time you want.
- Destroy 2 Vehicles
Keep periodically checking behind you for enemies to funnel around the corners towards you. If things get too hot, activate Trevor’s special ability and clear out the groups behind you before going back to the alley. With their convenient clustering and fast respawns, there should be more than enough targets to reach your 50 kills with time to spare.
