Trevor Philips Industries is the 15th main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Trevor Philips Industries for 100% completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Body Count: Kill 32 enemies
- Unmarked: Complete with minimal damage to health and armor
- Scrap Men: Destroy 6 vehicles
- Mission Time: Complete within 04:30

Go to the Meth Lab
You’re working against the clock, so skip the cutscenes!
- Mission Time: Complete within 04:30
Trevor will meet up with Mr. Cheng and his translator at the Yellow Jack Inn and take them to see the meth lab. Trevor calls Chef to let him know they’re coming when he warns you that the Aztecas are coming to get revenge for Ortega. Hurry to Liquor Ace and skip the cinematic when you can.
Take Out Ortega’s Men
You’ll start off on the second floor of the lab, shooting down at the abandoned gas station next door. There are several explosive tanks that you can shoot to take out enemies and start destroying vehicles for the next two Gold Medal requirements:
- Scrap Men: Destroy 6 vehicles
- Body Count: Kill 32 enemies
There are no requirements for headshots or accuracy in this mission, so it’s all about killing in the most efficient way possible. While in this fight stay in cover, and make frequent use of Trevor’s special ability to protect you from damage for the remaining Gold Medal requirement:
- Unmarked: Complete with minimal damage to health and armor
While on the gas station side, two Aztecas SUVs will pull up with even more men. If you can kill them with explosives before they get out of the vehicle, that’s the safest and most satisfying method. Then a truck will drive up and crash through the fence, and Chef will prompt you to go out back to deal with them.
Follow Chef Outside
The truck carried four Aztecas, which you can quickly dispatch from your vantage point.
Once they are all killed, turn around and head to the southeast corner on the opposite side of the building, where more Azteca vehicles are inbound.
A couple of motorcycles and a couple of cars pull up, and if you were quick enough to reach this position you can kill all of them before they get out of their vehicles.
Sure are a lot of vehicles down there now, just doing nothing. What’s that Chef? You say you’ve got a present for me? Nice.
And more vehicles just keep pulling up. Give the fans what they want.
Follow Chef
Once you’ve survived the last wave in the southeast, Chef will tell you that they’re coming through the front door. Follow him downstairs, but when he says to get behind the counter ignore him. You’re going to want to go straight out that front door first and activate Trevor’s special ability while you do it.
If you do not go on the offensive, when you have killed a few of the guys that come in the front door some Aztecas will instead panic and flee, leaving you short of the 32 kills that you will need for Body Count.
Leave no survivors.
Return to the Icebox
When all of the Aztecas have been dealt with, run over to the icebox at the side of the building to free Mr. Cheng and his interpreter. Skip the last cinematic to end the mission.
