The Multi Target Assassination is the 36th main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in The Multi Target Assassination for 100% completion.

Take Out the Bodybuilder
Lester will call Franklin on the payphone at the LTD Gas Station with details of his next hit. Lester wants him to eliminate four jurors who have been bribed to rule in favor of Redwood cigarettes in a class action lawsuit against them, and he only has nine minutes to do it. As you run back to your car, Lester will text you with the location and details on the first target. Drive down to Vespucci Beach and use your drive-by weapon to kill the bodybuilder marked with a red dot on your minimap. When he dies, you’ll get a new text from Lester immediately.
Take Out the Sailor
The second juror is on a yacht off the coast of Pacific Bluffs. Follow the red path on your minimap. Crash through the chain link fence around the parking lot of the Pipeline Inn, and drive to the edge of the lot where you’ll have a clear view of the yacht below.
Get out of your car and equip a sniper rifle. On the yacht you’ll see a guy being entertained by a dancing woman in a bikini. The boat will be drifting slowly to the left while moving up and down with the waves, making this a more challenging snipe. If you miss him, he will get up and go to the wheel of the ship to try and make a getaway. (Alternately you could use a grenade launcher or RPG and just blow up the whole boat, but that lacks finesse.) Either way, shoot him and move on to the next target.
Take Out the Window Washer
Next you’ll head for Eclipse Medical Tower. Stop on the road outside, and equip your sniper rifle again. Near the right (east) side of the building you’ll see a suspended platform slowly moving up, with one window washer on it. Snipe him and get back in your car.
Take Out the Biker
The last juror is a biker. Lester says he’s in the Vinewood Hills, but his dot will start to move as you approach him. Either run him over or use your drive-by weapon to kill him.
Franklin will call Lester to report his success, and the mission will end.
