Vinewood Souvenirs – Al Di Napoli is a Strangers and Freaks Mission (Side Quest) in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Vinewood Souvenirs – Al Di Napoli for 100% completion.
Gold Medal Requirements:
- Stalker: Stay close to Al Di Napoli throughout the chase
- Accident and Emergency: Avoid hitting anyone in the hospital
- Not a Scratch: Complete with minimal damage to Nigel’s car.

Find Al Di Napoli
Once you’ve secured the souvenirs from the four targets that Nigel told you about initially, a new icon will appear on the map on the Prosperity Street Promenade. As you approach, you’ll find Nigel watching Al Di Napoli surreptitiously from around the corner. He tells you that he and Mrs. Thornhill want to speak with Di Napoli somewhere private, when suddenly Di Napoli spots Nigel and races off in his car.
Chase Al Di Napoli
Hop into the driver’s seat of Nigel’s car, and follow Di Napoli around the corner to the southeast. Carefully follow him down the pedestrian only street, staying close to him without hitting any of the benches or walls for the first Gold Medal requirements:
- Stalker: Stay close to Al Di Napoli throughout the chase
- Not a Scratch: Complete with minimal damage to Nigel’s car.
Follow Di Napoli as he makes a left onto San Andreas Avenue. He will weave between traffic and drift into the oncoming lane, eventually making a left turn onto Ginger Street.
Shortly thereafter, he will make a hard right into an underground parking lot, then swerve to avoid a garbage truck and turn right again into a ramp that leads back to the street.
Follow him as he goes up the ramp, then turns right to get back to the street, but instead of turning he’ll head across the street and through another pedestrian area.
Follow him as he emerges onto Calais Avenue, then quickly turns left onto Vespucci Boulevard.
Di Napoli will continue his left turn around the corner, narrowly missing a Logger delivery truck, and head into a parking structure.
He will drive straight through the parkade, go up the ramp to the other side, and go straight ahead across the street and down onto the La Puerta Freeway.
He’ll cut across the eastbound lane to drive into oncoming traffic. Follow him as he narrowly misses a semi, but cut your turn close to avoid the van in the northmost lane.
He’ll swerve through traffic for a while before cutting to the right to rejoin the eastbound traffic, also swerving through it before taking exit 2A.
At the top of the ramp, Di Napoli will make an easy right heading straight for the hospital. Before you smash through the building behind him, remember the remaining Gold Medal requirement:
- Accident and Emergency: Avoid hitting anyone in the hospital
Sure enough, he drives straight through the glass. Follow him, watching for nurses and patients in the waiting room and hallways. There are four main areas to watch for people as you pass through the hospital:

Once you go out the window, try to land as flat as possible and immediately start braking to minimize any damage to the car against the far wall. You’ll find Al Di Napoli unconscious in his car nearby, and you’ll kidnap him for Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill, ending the mission.
