Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill is a Strangers & Freaks mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5).

Find Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill
While driving through Vinewood Hills you’ll spot an elderly couple going through the trash bins of a mansion.
Mistaking Trevor for the movie star Jock Cranley, they somehow convince Trevor to collect celebrity mementos from his travels about the city. Shortly after his encounter with them, Trevor will receive a text from Nigel, causing search zones to appear on the map for a number of items they’re looking for.
This finishes Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill in GTA V.
