Paleto Score Setup is the 45th main story mission in GTA V (Grand Theft Auto 5). This walkthrough shows how to get all Gold Medals in Paleto Score Setup for 100% completion.

- Leisurely Drive: Drive to the bank within 03:30
- Winner: Win the race back to the meth lab

Get in the Car
Looks like the FIB’s back for more help. From the meth lab on the second floor, head out the front door of Liquor Ace and get in your car. You’re headed to Paleto Bay to pick up Lester to do some recon.
Go to Paleto Bay
Head to the objective marker as quickly as possible to meet the first Gold Medal requirement:
- Leisurely Drive: Drive to the bank within 03:30
Along the way, enjoy the best conversation in the entire game as Michael deconstructs Trevor’s lifestyle. Stop on the objective marker and skip the cinematic.
Go to the Bank
Head to the bank and Lester will observe the security in front and rear, then comes up with a dumb idea to test the police response time.
Shoot the Alarm
Get out of the car, shoot the alarm, then get back in and haul ass!
Watch from the Gas Station
Head across the street to the gas station to watch the police response, which is grossly out of proportion for a legitimate small town bank. Listening on the police band, you hear that they suspect that the alarm was triggered intentionally and they’ll set up roadblocks to suss out the culprits. This sends Trevor into a panic and he jumps out of the car and steals a motorcycle to escape.
Race to Trevor’s Office
You can either play as Michael or Trevor, but the goal for the Gold Medal requirement is still the same:
- Winner: Win the race back to the meth lab
Pick the Crew for the Heist
After the cinematic, you’ll view the planning board as Lester walks you through the heist. You will have to choose a gunman to be your fourth but on this heist there’s only one approach.
Finalize your choice to close out the mission.
This finishes Paleto Score Setup in GTA V.
