Need for Speed Unbound All Speed Trap Locations

Need for Speed Unbound includes 50 Speed Trap activities. Completing all Speed Traps with a 3 Star rating unlocks the Caught on Camera trophy and achievement (get 3 stars on all Speed Trap activities). It’s also required to get 100% completion for the Cleaning Up trophy.

Activities start becoming available after you complete the prologue during the story, or immediately if you play online (they don’t exist in the game world until you reach a point after the prologue). Progress for the Activities is shared between Story and Online so you don’t need to worry about avoiding them in one mode or the other, but you can only get each star level reward once overall. Activities have a “Rival” completion level above 3 star that isn’t required for trophies, but they won’t show as checked off on the map unless you complete this Rival level which makes the completion of them slightly more tricky to keep track of.

Speed Traps

Speed Traps operate similarly to previous games, where you have a point on a road you need to drive through at high speed for the star levels. You can basically just follow the road in one direction away from the Speed Trap location, then drive back at high speed to meet the requirement.

The following map regions are sorted in the general order of top left to bottom right (reading direction). Each area shows the highlighted map location for the Speed Traps.
