There are 5 Wertheimer Towers in NTE (Neverness to Everness). Unlocking all Wertheimer Towers unlocks the Free Pass trophy.
There is one in each of the five city districts. Activating the Wertheimer Tower unfogs the map within the district and you can use it as a fast travel point. You can also restore health there. They are tall towers that are easy to spot. Even while the map is still fogged the towers will have a map icon. You can track the icon from the map and follow the blue line that leads you there. Simply interact with the symbol on the front of the tower to activate it.
