Pawn Moonlight is a Spinoff mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness).

Starting Location: Pawn Moonlight
Talk to Adler
If you’re not there already, teleport to the phone booth just south of Eibon.
Enter Eibon and approach Adler to your left.
Go to Moby-Dick Bookstore (Book Run)
Teleport to the Wertheimer Tower in Hankaku Plaza.
Then head west to the bookstore. Enter the store to progress.
Leave Moby-Dick Bookstore (Full Load)
Exit the building.
Return to Eibon (Return Trip)
Head back to Eibon using the phone book by it. Step inside Eibon to progress.
There’s a dialogue option in this cutscene, but the choice doesn’t affect the outcome of the quest.
Talk to the customer (Business Arrives)
Approach the coffee table to progress.
Go to the Perfurmer’s Residence (Deploy)
Make your way to the stretch of Davidia Avenue southwest of Torchwood Avenue. There’s a phone booth a block north of it if you already have that phone booth unlocked. If you don’t have it unlocked, it’s recommended to take the time now to unlock it. You’ll benefit from having it later in the quest.
Enter the Eden Apartment building to progress.
Talk to Bianca (Detective in Position!)
Go left behind the counter and interact with the elevator.
Once inside, select option “4F Detective in Position!”
Head down the hall and go through the door in front of you.
Investigate the Perfurmer’s Residence (Investigate)
Turn right and interact with the gourd on the table. Interact with it a couple of times until the next objective appears.
Go to your left into the bedroom and interact with the books on the shelf.
Go behind the wall in front of you and interact with the box on the opposite side of the apartment.
Finally, interact with the laptop in the living room just north of you.
Capture the Strange Bird (Strange Bird)
Turn around and approach the bird on the table. This triggers a cutscene.
Go to Sterry Express (Sterry Express)
Leave the apartment building and head north to Sterry Express. Use the phone booth just west of Sterry Express.
Enter Sterry Express to progress.
Ride in Jiuyuan’s car (Hitchhike)
Head into the garage and get in the car with Jiuyuan.
Arrive at the Manga Artist’s Residence (Destination)
Follow the navigation to reach the residence.
If you end up leaving the car, Jiuyuan will drive off without you and you’ll have to make your way to the destination on your own.
Talk to the Other Guest (The Other Guest)
Head into the alley behind you.
Chat with the two (Exchange)
Head up the stairs and enter the apartment to your right.
Approach the two people inside to progress.
Return to Eibon first (Suspect ID)
Teleport back to Eibon and approach the building.
Listen to the customer (Guests)
Head inside to progress.
Go to Green Wall Slope (Nightfall)
The quest marker indicates you need to go to Hankaku Plaza, but that’s not the final destination. Head there to update the navigation and then use the phone booth north of Davidia Avenue that you unlocked earlier.
Approach the destination to update the destination again.
Search deeper (Continue Searching)
Follow the sidewalk to the northeast. Climb the stairs to the top.
Continue searching with the Anomaly Fluctuations (Fluctuations)
At a second batch of stairs, go left instead, following the rock path that leads into the woods.
This leads to a single set of stairs. Climb them and enter the clearing to progress.
Enter Pawn Moonlight (Pawn Moonlight)
Interact with the gold doors that appear in front of you.
Discuss strategies with Nanally (Separated)
Interact with Nanally, who stands right next to you.
Try to find the others (Missing)
Head around the counter and enter through the pathway on the other side of the room.
This leads you into a large open area filled with floating rocks and golden doors.
Note: In this area, directions will be used based on both the position to your character as well as geographical directions. You cannot open the map in this area, but use the mini-map as a compass when the guide references north, south, east, and west.
Reach the end of the space (Determined)
Head forward and interact with the door in front of you. Step through it to teleport to the next area.
Go through the next door as well.
The purple bridges rotate, and you can go across them if you wish. Instead, go forward and through the door in front of you.
Here, cross the purple bridge to your left. Note that you cannot sprint in this area, so be careful.
Go through the door ahead of you.
Cross the purple bridge and then enter the gold door.
Approach the rotating rings to progress.
Light up the lamps (The Room)
Interact with the lamp in front of you.
Chase the shadow (Oddity?)
A shadow appears on the wall in front of you and runs off to your left. Follow the wall to your left.
The wall on your right slides away, revealing a new path.
Follow the path until it opens into a bigger room.
Walk up to the shadow and knock on the wall.
Continue chasing the shadow (Pursuit)
Head left into the newly-opened room. The far walls slide in toward you.
Interact with the part of the wall with a rotated golden square just to your right.
Head through the door and approach the shadow on the far wall. This automatically takes you up to a new area.
Nullify the Oddity (Helper?)
Take out the level 30 Oddity that appears behind you.
Continue to search for the shadow (Catching Shadow)
Find a block sitting alone in the middle of the room. Interact with the rotated gold square to open it.
Step inside, and it closes behind you.
Shortly thereafter, the block disappears, revealing a new room.
Look to the southeast to see the shadow on the wall. Interact with it.
Nullify the Oddity (2) (Oddity Proliferation)
Take out the two level 30 Oddities that appear.
Continue forward (Forward)
The room shifts yet again.
Rotate the camera until a large version of the shadow comes into view. It will disappear once spotted.
Nullify the Oddity (3) (Endless)
Take out the three level 30 Oddities that appear.
Open the Storage Room (Storage Room)
On the south wall, two sections of the wall open up. Go through the left door. It teleports you to a new area.
There’s a door straight ahead of you and a door to your right. Go through the door to your right.
Inside, go through the door to your left.
Then, step into the room to progress.
Search for the others (Clouded)
Head through the door to your right.
In the next room, go through the door to your left.
In the next room, go through the right door.
Step into the room to progress.
Discover clues left behind by Edgar and Taygedo. Looks like we’re getting close to finding them… (Search for the Others)
Open the door to the north.
Clue (Investigate the Designated Area)
Step into the new room and interact with the manga on the floor.
Then, interact with the manga on the table to your left (west).
Continue exploring (Look for the Truth)
Open the door to the north.
Continue searching for clues (Seek the Truth)
Go north through each room until stairs appear on your left.
Head up the stairs into the new room.
Go through the door to your left (south). You get teleported while in the next room.
Head west into the next room. This teleports you again.
Go forward (south) into the new area to progress.
When you regain control, head north into the next room.
Approach the north wall and interact with the light to turn it on.
Then, go to the west and interact with that lamp.
Head southwest and interact with the flickering lamp.
Nullify the Oddity (Oddity Blockade)
Take out the level 33 Oddity that appears.
Continue searching for clues (A Step Away)
Head east into the opened room to progress and trigger a cutscene.
Stop Morphix (Misunderstanding)
The first part of this fight is rather straightforward. The one part to keep in mind is that Morphix does several parry attacks. It has individual parries while on the ground. However, when it goes in the air, be ready to parry three attacks in succession.
Apart from that, chip away at its health until it reaches halfway.
At that point, the second part of the fight begins.
First, Morphix puts you in a narrow pathway and sends blocks at you. Avoid them until Morphix moves you again.
Next, it takes you to a new area and throws bladed circles at you. Melee them when they get close, and that sends them back at Morphix. After a bit, Morphix gets closer to you and executes a parry attack. Parry it to stun it and do some damage.
After a couple rounds of this, Morphix returns you to the original battlefield.
In this phase, Morphix no longer does parry attacks from the air. Instead, it executes combos that end with parry attacks.
It also brings in the occasional bladed circles to surround him. Attack the circles to send them away.
Then, it also sends up pillars of energy from the floor. Dodge these. Just dodge and parry Morphix as needed and chip away at his health.
This finishes Pawn Moonlight side quest in NTE (Neverness to Everness).
