Return to Eibon / Citizen ID is a side mission in NTE (Neverness to Everness). The quest is initially called “Return to Eibon”, but once started the name changes to “Citizen ID” in the quest log.
- Starting Location: New Hethereau – Bridge Crossings
- Quest Giver: Message from Adler
- Requirement: Answer messages from Sakiri after reaching Hunter Level 14.
- Reward: Hunter Level EXP x400, Annulith x60, Taygedo’s Sketchbook, The Happy “E” Family, The Happy “E” Family”, Fons x15,000, Senior Hunter Guide x12, Colorless Dye x12, Beetle Coin x30,000
- Quest Description: Return to the Second Floor of Eibon to see what’s happening
Objectives:
- Return to the Second Floor of Eibon
- Pass time until 8 AM the next day (Time Flies…)
- Go to Eibon Lobby (Eibon Now Open)
- I wonder if we’ll have any customers today. Let’s chat with Mr. Adler for now (Business Comes)
- Head to the Bureau of Anomaly Control to resolve Taygedo’s Citizen ID issue (Taygedo’s Citizen ID)
- Taygedo seems to be sizing something up (Buddy!)
- Go to Mr. Bag’s Mailroom to collect the new Citizen ID (Mr. Bag’s Mailroom)
- Head to the Safety Assessment Room with Taygedo for his evaluation test (Safety Assessment Room)
- Wait for Taygedo to complete his evaluation (Taygedo’s Moment of Pride)
- First find Mr. Bag to retrieve Taygedo’s Citizen ID (Urgent Business First)
- Head to the meeting room–the priority is good food and drinks (Go to the Meeting Room)
- Taygedo has finally received his new Citizen ID…(A New Citizen ID!)
- Return to Eibon to witness Taygedo and Nanally’s reconciliation (Return to Eibon)
Starting Location: Return to Eibon / Citizen ID
Unlike other quests, this one doesn’t start on the world map. Instead, you must answer the messages from Sakiri, after you’ve reached Hunter Level 14, which will start the quest.
Return to the Second Floor of Eibon
Make your way to Eibon using the phone booth just south of Eibon.
Head upstairs and approach the group waiting for you in the common area.
Pass time until 8 AM the next day (Time Flies…)
While tracking the quest, press 
to automatically change the time.
Go to Eibon Lobby (Eibon Now Open)
Head back downstairs and approach the center of the lobby to update the objective.
I wonder if we’ll have any customers today. Let’s chat with Mr. Adler for now (Business Comes)
Approach Adler on your left.
Head to the Bureau of Anomaly Control to resolve Taygedo’s Citizen ID issue (Taygedo’s Citizen ID)
Use the phone booth at the Bureau of Anomaly Control in Area M10.
Step further into the lobby to progress.
Taygedo seems to be sizing something up (Buddy!)
Approach the creature, Barracuda, just to your left.
Go to Mr. Bag’s Mailroom to collect the new Citizen ID (Mr. Bag’s Mailroom)
Go right through the scanner doors on the opposite side of the lobby.
Go right to the counter and speak with Mr. Bag.
To progress, select the first dialogue option, “Citizen ID.”
Head to the Safety Assessment Room with Taygedo for his evaluation test (Safety Assessment Room)
Go left up and around the staircase.
Approach Barracuda. who waits for you outside the assessment room.
Wait for Taygedo to complete his evaluation (Taygedo’s Moment of Pride)
Taygedo heads inside the assessment room. Wait for the quest to progress on its own.
After Taygedo finishes its assessment, Barracuda does one too. Wait a few moments for Barracuda to come back.
First find Mr. Bag to retrieve Taygedo’s Citizen ID (Urgent Business First)
Head back downstairs to Mr. Bag’s desk and interact with it.
You can always jump over the edge behind you if you wish. Mr. Bags is just below you.
Choose the dialogue option “Citizen ID” again to progress the quest.
Head to the meeting room–the priority is good food and drinks (Go to the Meeting Room)
Head up the stairs to your left once again.
This time, instead of going up to the assessment room, go into the large area and enter the office to your right.
Taygedo has finally received his new Citizen ID…(A New Citizen ID!)
Go talk to Mr. Bags one more time.
Select the dialogue option “Citizen ID” to progress the quest.
Return to Eibon to witness Taygedo and Nanally’s reconciliation (Return to Eibon)
Teleport back to Eibon and head back up to the common room on the second floor.
This finishes Return to Eibon / Citizen ID side quest in NTE (Neverness to Everness).
