In Resident Evil 8 you will encounter a doll boss in House Beneviento, called Donna and Angie. This guide explains how to defeat the doll.
The trick is to find the doll 3 times around the house. There are many other dolls to distract you, but the doll you need looks different and wears a white wedding dress.
The first doll spawn is always fixed at the same location. She spawns upstairs in the side room. Enter through the door to the right of the upstairs windows.
Pick up the doll by pressing the interaction button 
/ 
to stab it. The doll will now respawn at a random position. It will leave behind some blood trails on the walls which you can use to track it.
The most common spawns are on the floor of the kitchen (in corner by window), or left of the couch in living room. See the two images below for the location. If the doll is in neither spot, search in the foyer.
Lastly, the third spawn of the doll should be in front of the elevator.
After you found the doll 3 times you will defeat her and can leave the house.
