Starting Location: Angel of Death

Speak with the man standing near the stairs leading to the Request Board.

The man says some looters took his sister and went down the nearby alley. Run down the alley for a scene, after which you will automatically complete the quest.

This finishes Angel of Death side quest in Stellar Blade.
