Battle Flag 1

From Battle Flag 1, drop down to the side to reach land and then continue past the two puddles, defeating soldiers as you go.

Continue along the wooden boats to eventually reach an area with a big axe-wielding enemy.

Get rid of him and then go behind him through lower deck. Get around to find Marking Flag 1.

Now go to the very top of this boat to find Marking Flag 2 in a corner.

Now return to where you fought the big axe-wielding soldier and continue into the another open boat (not the one marked by white paint) and get to the bottom of it.

Climb up the ladder and go across the walkway to find Marking Flag 3.

Now return to Marking Flag 2 and drop off to the other side to find a stronger version of the Shuigui. As you get closer to her, a Zhupolong, controlling the Battle Flag’s corruption, will hurtle from the ground.

Kill both demons, then raise the Battle Flag, the final one for this mission.

Battle Flag 2

From Battle Flag 2, climb up the nearby ladder to get atop the boat, then continue down the pier on the other side. Here, defeat the solider and then unmoor the raft.
