Saints Row (2022 Reboot) has 431 District Collectibles that are needed for 100% Completion in all Districts. They include 265 Discoveries, 75 Threats, 41 Side Hustles, 35 Stores, 15 Ventures. Getting 100% Completion in the 15 inner city districts is needed for the All Mine trophy and achievement. The 6 districts that don’t have threats or ventures in them aren’t required for the trophy (Badlands North/South Rojas Desert North/South, Lake Sabastian). You must also finish all Venture Missions in each district for it to count as completed. Then you get a golden icon on the district and it will show as “District Complete” when scrolling over it.
There are also 115 “HQ Collectibles“. Those are listed under the “Collectibles App” and don’t count towards 100% district completion. They are only needed for the “The Collector” trophy or achievement but not for 100% district completion. They are photos you take of purple glowing objects that can then be placed in your Headquarters as decorations.

Ok, so by this list it shows 2 side hustles for Lakeshore South. But when I go to your Side Hustle list it only shows 1. I have the “Riding Shotgun” but I don’t know what the 2nd one is. Only thing I need to 100% that district. Am I missing something??

Of course, as soon as I ask the question I figured it out. It’s the “Pony Express” that is technically showing up on the East Flats map, but starts on the Lakeshore side of the river.

The map shows 2 Side Hustles in this district but there’s only 1. This is normal and not a bug. There’s an extra one that spawns in East Flats that counts towards Lakeshore South as the 2nd Side Hustle. So just complete the other districts and you’ll get it.

I got all the achievements but I am at 97% complete on my save do doing all the challenges count towards 100%?

I and other people are also stuck at 97%. It *might* be challenges but some are bugged in my game and stopped progressing so I can’t check or confirm it myself. All I can say is that the 97% seems to be normal after having gotten all trophies and 100% district completion.
