Saints Row has 16 Hidden History Locations. They count as a type of Discovery Collectible. Finding all Photo Hunts unlocks the Tourist trophy and achievement.
The trophy and achievement refers to them as ‘Photo Scavenger Hunts’ but on the in-game map they are only called ‘Photo Hunts’. They are the same thing. None of them are missable, you can still do everything after the story in free roam.
You must press D-Pad Up to take out your camera and take a picture of an object at the marked spot. The object will have an outline around it. You must center the object and find the correct zoom level so that the outline turns green, then take the photo. When done correctly the icon will go away from the map and it increases your discovery counter in the district.
