This quest starts automatically after Harlow’s Last Stand.

Visit Natty in the Hospital Wing

Just talk to Natty. Doing so completes Natty’s Relationship Questline. Unlocks the  The Avenging Gazelle trophy / achievement.

This finishes Acting On Instinct Quest in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy.
