Finding the Land of the Sky Fish Location is part of Main Quest: Clues to the Sky in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This guide shows where to find the Land of the Sky Fish.
Step 1: Reach Land of the Sky Fish
Sky Fish Island is a sky island east of Zora’s Domain/Mipha Court in Lanayru region. It’s the flying island with a brown waterfall dropping down its “mouth”. On the world map press 
and it will look like the shape of a fish.
Go there and look up in the sky for falling rocks that leave behind a green trail.
Go to where one such rock lands (it changes where exactly the next one will drop but it’s always near the flying island). Stand on the fallen rock and use Recall ability on it. This will turn back time and raises the rock back in the air, with you on it. When it reaches the top, jump off and glide over onto the Sky Fish Island. When you land there, it will be revealed on the map as Floating Scales Island.
Step 2: Shoot King’s Scale Arrow through Rocks
Stand at the top of this island, in the middle of it. Look southwest and you will see floating rocks that form the shape of a “tear” or “raindrop” when looking from the correct angle. You need to walk around a bit until the rocks line up perfectly.
Now aim your bow with 
> hold to attach something to your arrow > 
to select King’s Scale from the item wheel to attach it to the arrow > shoot the arrow through the raindrop shape. If you don’t have a King’s Scale, you must first talk to King Dorephan to get it – see King Dorephan Location.
Doing this also completes Main Quest: Clues to the Sky. That’s all there is to finding the Land of the Sky Fish in Zelda TotK.
