Introduction
Welcome to the Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault Trophy Guide! Follow Will through his new journey in Tresna as he tries to set up the Moonlighter in a new location. Clear the dimensional dungeons of their relics to make money and tackle the Endless Vault.
Step 1: Clear the Endless Vault Challenges
Clearing the 7 Endless Vault challenges is what the main story consists of. The objectives are all based on making money, so you’ll want to be trying to maximize your profits for each run.
During this, you’ll want to clear the bosses of all the dungeons as they aren’t actually required to complete the Endless Vault Challenges. Some of the bosses can be tough early in the game, so don’t be afraid to leave instead of fighting the bosses. You can leave at any time by holding
to escape back to Tresna.
After you beat both of the bosses in a single dungeon, you’ll unlock the ultimate challenge for that specific dungeon, which will consist of a small dungeon with nothing but perk pedestals and features both of the bosses. You can clear them whenever you feel comfortable tackling it. Just make sure whenever you do go to tackle these challenges to equip patches that are strictly combat oriented as there are no relics to find during these challenges, so there is no point to bring them.
Step 2: Clear the 9th Golden Endless Vault Challenge
After clearing the regular Endless Vault and beating the game, you’ll have access to the Golden Endless Vault challenges. All these challenges require you to make a certain amount of money within a single day, but you’ll now have unlocked Spark, who can massively increase quality of your relics to make even more money. You only need to clear the 9th challenge to unlock
Endless Ends With You. No need to complete any of the challenges after completing the 9th one.
Step 3: Clean-Up
After clearing Golden Endless Vault, you should have most of the trophies by now with only a couple probably missing. Namely
Endless Backpack as it requires an absurd amount of money in order to fully upgrade the backpack. You can focus on cleaning up any of the miscellaneous trophies you’re currently missing.
If you still haven’t completed the 4 ultimate challenges, you should be able to blast through them with ease now, especially if you’ve been upgrading some of the combat oriented patches, as well as your weapons and armor.

Humble Hero Defeat a boss with the broom. |
![]() |
| The broom is the very first weapon you obtain in the game, and also the worst weapon. In order to get this trophy, you’ll need to defeat one of the bosses with it equipped as your weapon. The final hit doesn’t need to actually be with the broom, you only need to have it equipped and beat the boss, so you can kill it with your gun and it’ll still unlock as long as you have the broom.
The easiest way to earn this trophy is during the Ultimate Kalina Challenge as it’s repeatable and the first boss of the challenge, the Herald, is extremely easy. Make sure to equip the broom before starting the challenge, then when making your way to the boss, you’ll want to focus on perks that increase your gun damage, or add damage over time effects since the broom itself does very little damage. Once you get to the boss, you’ll want to try and apply those damage over time effects and empty all of your ammo into the boss when it’s down, then beat on it with the broom until your ammo is back. Rinse and repeat until the fight is won and the trophy is unlocked. |

A Skilled Hand Raise the quality of a relic to 250 or higher. |
![]() |
To get this trophy, you’ll need to have raised the quality of a relic to at least 250. Every time you find a relic, there will be a base quality value attached to it, and curses that can raise the quality of those relics. You’ll need to take advantage of curse effects in order to raise the quality of the relics. After you do manage relic to 250 quality and sell it, you’ll more than likely unlock Golden Egg as well since at 250 quality, it’s a 1250% price increase. There are a ton of ways to earn this as many of the curses can work in tandem to increase quality so it heavily depends on what you end up finding during your run and which dungeon you decide to do this in. Once you get later into the game, you get more upgrades that increase base quality of items you find, plus finding deluxe relics which increase the base quality even more. After beating the game, you’ll also unlock Spark upgrades, which will massively increase your quality in exchange for making your run harder by either reducing your health/damage, or increasing the enemies. Using this, you will easily surpass 250 without even trying. |

Endless Ends With You Complete the 9th challenge of the Golden Endless Vault. |
![]() |
| After beating the game and returning to the Endless Vault, you’ll have some new missions you’ll need to complete for it. You have to complete all of the Golden Endless Vault missions, which require you to earn a specific amount of gold per day. This sounds daunting, especially when the numbers start getting way higher, but as long as you’ve been upgrading quality increasing skills and perks, especially the Spark upgrades this shouldn’t be a big issue. Spark upgrades in particular can raise the cap of the quality up to a maximum of 9999 quality, and the Spark perks will massively increase your quality throughout the runs as well. It’s recommend to prioritize the percentage based increases after completing the dungeon instead of just flat additions to your current backpack or for relics found. Once you have a bunch of extremely high quality items, you can store them in your chest and then just sell only those items 1 at a time in whichever display case gives it the biggest percentage increase until you reach the required amount of gold needed for the challenge. After that, close the shop so you don’t waste any more of your items and save them for the next day.
While you can get the money required from any of the areas, Aeolia in particular is recommended, specifically Zephyr Fields since the boss is easier and quicker to kill. The reason you want to go here is the entire gimmick of the area is absorbing other relics and taking their quality, which will make hitting your current quality cap a lot easier.
